Wah Taj.... I had arrived with my wife n 2 kids to celebrate our anniversary and it was truly a great experience. The property's ambience merged with nature, providing stunning views all around right from the reception to the infinity pool. The food was top notch with breakfast options galore.. Our anniversary special cottage decor and surprise cake were truly fabulous making our stay more memorable. Sadly since it was continuously rainy throughout the stay, we couldn't explore the outdoor amenities the resort offers. So looking forward to visit again.

Amazing hotel with tons of activities for kids, amazing food and very good service. The heated pool and jacuzzi are very nice and perfect to use! The hotel also offers treks and lots of outdoor activities which I would highly recommend. Overall a perfect family break!

Must let you know that Mr. Boltas is an asset to the Taj Madikeri property. He was very amicable, well informed, higly courteous and took us on a tour of the property. Milan from the house keeping provided an outstanding service. Our 3 days were blissfully spend. Ashisa Mohapatra at the ferntree restaurant was observant and helpful. More no. of buggies would be helpful by reducing the waiting time.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever visited. The service was outstanding, the hotel is beautiful, the Forrest walk with Nitin was informative and fun, the room was gorgeous with the most breathtaking view! There’s lots for kids and adults to do- kayaking, zip lining , pottery and more. I’ll definitely be back!

The moment we enters the Taj lobby we were welcomed with a breathtaking view of the mountain ranges.It was a beautiful scenic stay at the Taj amidst the clouds rains and mountains .. the staff was very courteous and friendly and pampered us . The food of course had alll the varieties you could ask for however our favourite was the local cuisine..The Grill is a must try restaurant there . Overall a memorable stay at the Taj

Mr. Sonu & Fash - housekeeping , was excellent, very helpful, took really care of all our requirements in the room and was a call away always… Mr. Aksha ( restaurant) - very nice person, really looked after us for breakfast and dinner. Went out his way to be helpful and made sure we had an lovely experience… great food, and lovely ambience.. Your whole team is outstanding, but I don’t remember all the names, but I wish each one of them the very best…

With high hopes and aspirations we landed at Taj Madikeri, Coorg and booked 3 rooms at exorbitant price!! After the beautiful reception lobby we were *made to believe special by nomenclating our rooms as family Suites*. This turned out to be an unnerving nightmare with *stool* in our filthy pot* waiting to welcome us.. Very casually the staff said sorry, we will get it cleaned up. Despite my repeatd request, it took hours for the senior(s) to meet us. On top of it, it is silly to plan ups and downs in the room which keeps you nervous of falling down while moving in the late evenings and night. The bundle of problems did not end. In another room, the water heater system in the bathroom was magical and started turning cold and hot while bathing as if some therapy is planned. They could not rectify it in all the three days in one room. Lo and behold.. Not to end, then came the drink stirrer, full of fungus and rusted.. Oh Sorry!! came the standard reply.. How kind were they to give an extra bed with *broken wheel*.. and nothing less than a *fully sagged in bed which would bring a curve in your spine if you do not have*. Our rooms were constantly been loaded and visited only by technicians, electricians and staff saying sorry Sir, sorry Sir as if my deal was only for buying sorry and not peace and pleasure! When we asked for a the room key as the one we had got discharged, the staff nearby open the door for us, but nobody came to give us the room key for another 3 hours. We had to make 3 calls to get the new key. Hurray, mind you, spider web in the room is not a problem for them.. they call it normal !!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Taj Madikeri, we could'nt have asked for more ! The team ably led by GM Mr. Vikas Kumar, Mr. Ginil Varghese, Chef Raja, Naturalist Pradhan & Mr. Ricky Jena ***** with others left no stone unturned and went out of their way to ensure our stay is a memorable one. Thank you all. Looking forward to being back with you all soon.

It’s a beautiful property to relax. Well maintained, this location we can call Scotland of India.. can see all seasons in 1 day. Stay was amazing and no need to mention about the staff, Taj means service, service means taj. Breakfast spread should have more choice, that’s only feedback.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything from the food, service, spa facilities, activities etc to the rooms was top class. The lovely cool weather with occasional rains was perfect. We enjoyed the pottery and forest trail and learnt about the local flora and fauna.

Superb property and location worth every penny. Rooms were very elegant and facilities & food were exceptional. Hotel Manager & staff at reception/other areas are very welcoming and supporting. I'm definately going to re-visit again. Thank you Taj and entire staff of Taj coorg in making my trip memorable

Best Taj Resort in this area . Spread in 160 acres .Best heated swimming pool with a beautiful forest view,they also have outside big pool . The reception area is very big with a good view of the forest . The cottages were very good ,great hospitality ,and tasty food.

Taj Madikeri was one of the best resorts I have visited in recent years! Extremely friendly staff and full of amenities. We stayed with friends for 3 nights and we felt it wasn’t enough. The food served at different restaurants at different locations is very interesting. Food taste is great. Hive bar is excellent place to just sit and chill. The lobby area is great. We enjoyed playing pool and other games at the activity center. Spa is awesome. We enjoyed zip line and archery, the staff at the archery etc is very well trained. The luxurious delux cottage was the best part of our stay. We booked a family room and the small sit-out behind the two rooms was where we spent the nights chilling and facing fun. Highly recommend to all kinds of groups - family or friends. Or even couples. We had a wonderful time !

The service throughout our stay was truly five-star. The staff displayed remarkable warmth and courtesy, and their knowledge of the property was impressive. They ensured our comfort with excellent room amenities and attentive care. The rooms were spotless and hygienic, and this standard extended to the public areas, gardens, poolside, and walkways, all of which were impeccably maintained. Our meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, were delightful, thanks to Chef Raja P, who prepared delicious dishes with great skill. Despite the resort's rainforest setting, our room remained impeccably clean. Special thanks to Arun Mathew George sir , Sonu, and Boltas for their outstanding service and for showcasing the beautiful property. The swimming pool was well-maintained with temperature control, adding to our comfort. The checkout process was as smooth as our arrival. Don't miss the chance to listen to the whispers of the Malabar Whistling Thrush during your stay. The special lunch thali at Nellaki was a highlight, and the in-room fireplace is a unique feature that's rare even in some of India's top hotels. Overall, Taj Medikiri Resort and Spa provided an unforgettable experience.
