The room facilities are pretty good for a youth hostel, and the room is clean. The room is a little small, but it's basically enough. The location is super good, it's only a minute's walk from the subway station, and the main attractions are within walking distance. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around, which is quite convenient.

The location is very good, suitable for multi-person dormitories. There are no disposable items, slippers, hair dryers, bath products, or towels. Just treat it as a school dormitory.

Don't forget to bring towels and toiletries. Rentals are expensive. Towels, locker locks, soap, etc. The top bunk bed was so high that it was scary to go up and down. The location is very good. I was nervous as it was my first time traveling alone, but the 24-hour lounge space was bright and encouraging. Hostels are good because you can talk to your roommates. The bed has a light and a charging cord for your convenience.

It was very easy to find, it has a panel with the name throughout the building. It has 24-hour customer service and that made my arrival easier and a great way to check in after 11 pm. Very cordial, attentive and friendly service, with explanation of the areas and other very positive It was on the 5th floor, the room was clean, the bathroom too, the bed very comfortable with a charger input at the headboard. The lockers in the room are very spacious and clean. On the first floor there was the restaurant for breakfast, rest areas, lockers, really everything was very complete. I loved the area, almost nowhere near the metro in the central area, I could walk to Plaza España and surrounding areas without a problem in less than 10 minutes. If I had to choose accommodation without hesitation I would return to this one!

This hostel was nice since it was very modern, had clean rooms, and provided great service. The location was also great since it is in the heart of the Madrid close to all the action. The wifi signal in the rooms was good but the only thing I did not like was the fact that the rooms were expensive for a hostel experience.

Muy buen hotel, EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN, lo malo es que el aire acondicionado lo controlan desde la recepción y nos congelamos los primeros dias.

I like this hotel because of the location. The beds are comfortable. The heating system in winter is very good.

The hostel is in the central Madrid and it is very easy to get there. Staffs are super helpful and the room is clean. It would be great if they also have a self kitchen there.

The location was good so it was easy to get around. I thought it was an excellent choice as there was a supermarket right in front and there were many restaurants nearby.

El check in es rápido. El baño muy limpio. A pocos metros de la estación de metro Plaza Santo Domingo y de la Gran Vía. Restaurant de comida china al frente del hotel y otros muy cercanos también. Los espacios tienen un ambiente industrial . En el restaurante fuimos muy bien atendidos por Amalia, quien fue muy amable y servicial, se esmeró en hacernos sentir bien y ofrecernos las opciones existentes. El yogurt se acabó durante el desayuno y tuvo la gentileza de ir a comprar mas en solo 4 minutos.
