There were no employees inside the hotel, and there was no front desk. It was not until we found their nameplate that we contacted them via WhatsApp. Although there is an elevator, we had to carry our luggage up to the first floor. The room was very small and it was difficult for two people to move around after unpacking our luggage. We requested a single bed in advance, but it was not provided, and there was no hairdryer.
