The transportation is very convenient, not far from the subway entrance; in the downtown area, watching people coming and going is very lively; the service is particularly good👍👍It feels much more interesting than staying in a hotel

Great hostel with apartment in the heart of Madrid 2 steps from Plaza del Sol and the metro. Clean, comfortable with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric plate (also a few pots, dishes and utensils). Kind and available reception for advice and requests 24 hours a day. Below the hostel there is everything but what is most convenient is a bar open 24 hours a day for breakfast and much more. If I return to Madrid I will definitely go here. The only negative note is for the sometimes rude guests who make ****** returning at any time of the night. For the rest top👌

The good thing is the location, meters from the main street and Puerta del Sol. They provide you with gel and shampoo, and garbage bags. The bad: the apartment is very far from the one that appears in that photo. I think they have good ones and bad ones and my son and I got one of the bad ones. With hardly any kitchen utensils, a bathroom so small that if you are tall you can hardly even sit in the toilet; no iron, no ironing board, no bucket, mop, broom... nothing. Chairs from before the civil war; comfortable mattresses but very bad pillows. Elevator from the last century. To illustrate it I leave photos. Price quality does not correspond: 130 euros per day

We stayed this weekend and I have to say that the apartment is great. Perfect location next to Puerta de Sol. The beds are Super Comfortable. Those who serve you are Super Friendly. I will return for sure and I will also recommend it 100% THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING

We stayed for a couple of days in one of the apartments. It is very central, just 100 meters from Puerta del Sol and a little more from the Plaza Mayor. We were 3 people, and we occupied a Studio on the first floor, overlooking Esparteros Street. The apartment is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, drying rack, ironing board and kitchen utensils. Two small tables and several chairs. TV. A bed of 150 and another of 135. With air conditioning, which also worked perfectly. Comfortable beds and pillows. Acceptable bathroom with a large shower, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. The reception staff, both Melissa and another guy whose name I don't remember now, were very pleasant and attentive at all times. If you want, they will store your luggage for you while you cannot access the apartment and then if you want to leave it for a few hours when you leave. At all times before making the reservation, I contacted them by email and Melissa was very kind in charge of answering all my questions. A lovely girl. I haven't seen the other apartments, but based on our experience, I recommend it without hesitation. The price is very affordable and you are in the heart of Madrid, so you can get around on foot without any problem. We will return for sure.
