The location is decent, very close to the train station, and not far from Retiro Park on foot! The hotel has an elevator, but there's no kettle in the room. However, you can get hot water from the east side of the lobby on the first floor (bring your own thermos). The mini-bar items are all chargeable; a bottle of water is 2.5 euros. The room itself is quite spacious.

The room is very spacious and the bathroom is huge. The facilities are comprehensive, and it's a 10-minute walk from Atocha train station, making it convenient for other attractions too. The hotel staff are very welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel; it offers excellent value for money.

The hotel environment is pretty good, and the price is relatively cheap. It's also very close to the subway station, about a ten-minute walk. You can store your luggage, but the hotel doesn't provide free bottled water or a hot water kettle. A 330ml bottle of water costs 2.4 euros, so it's better to bring your own bottled water.

The room facilities are great, the environment is lovely, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The triple room setup was perfect. I'd definitely recommend it to friends and will come back again.

Location near railway station, others are under 4stars level

The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and the check-in process was handled quite thoroughly. The location is excellent. While the hotel facilities are a bit retro and older, they are beautiful and very quiet.

The location is great if you're travelling from Atocha, and I'd guess the main reason for staying at this hotel. The room was very clean, but very dated.

The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was rich and varied.

It's alright, pretty good for travel.
