The female manager on duty, after receiving our complaint, handled it promptly and properly, sending a meal and a bottle of dry white to compensate, and attaching an apology letter. Nice hotel management team

This hotel is very good, just behind shopping street, less than 5 minutes walk. The service was very good, our clothes line all helped us to fold it back, and the toiletries were made by Clarins.
