The hotel's restaurant has nothing but expensive, breakfast, facilities are great, Europeans are many, the hotel is on Beau Vallon Beach. The location is a bit far from the airport, 600 rupees to the airport, 200 to the capital, 300 to the port, and the taxi is huge

The hotel has several good, not great, features. It’s on a beautiful piece of land, the staff is sweet and occasionally helpful, and the WiFi works most of the time but it’s very weak and slow. There’s one English news station on the TV, the AC works decently (though it is not strong) and it was clean. Also, parking was easy out front of the hotel. The hotel has several bad aspects. First and most obvious, it doesn’t live up to its title as resort or spa. There is a small and nice pool. There is a fitness center. There is a room for massage treatments. There’s one restaurant, and it’s average, and there is a bar. And of course there is a beach. And that’s it. This is not a resort. It is not a spa. But the hotel claims to be a resort in its ads. The staff were just not very welcoming. Checkin was slow and confused. The room was hot. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower water pressure was weak. The room was way, way overpriced (even for Seychelles which is very expensive). There was zero benefit or recognition for Hilton Honors status (I’m a Diamond member). Other than offering a bottle of water, there was no benefit and no recognition. It was really stunning. No extra points. No lounge or happy hour. No upgrade. I stayed at a Hilton because that usually improves the experience. The staff was sweet and polite (if not very helpful), but the management was aloof, dismissive, and rude. I tried to leave the hotel early, even offering to leave after the icey and confused checkin, and I was told I’d be charged if I left. That made it clear. This hotel is simply an investment for its owners and investors. The owners have done as little as possible to charge as much as possible. When the guest notices failings, management become confrontational. The front office management [Rania Asba, Front Office & Quality Manager] simply stormed away when she (after arguing for 20-30 minutes) couldn’t address the many issues. She was confused and became confrontational, which was very uncomfortable. I wanted to leave and was told I would still be charged. Management alternated between confrontational and confused, mostly confused, and only became confrontational when called on their confusion. The front office manager became indignant when confronted on the low quality, poor checkin, bad room, and many issues of low quality. On the few times she did engage, she was condescending, insecure, and dismissive. There are many nice places in Seychelles, and I will definitely be back to Seychelles, but I definitely won’t stay here again. I paid for a resort and got a basic three star hotel in a nice location. I would have paid less and had a much better experience in many of the two star hotels I visited (like Anse Soleil Beachcomber) that were far nicer and relaxing without claiming to be a resort. I would have even paid less at Hotel Savoy, a five star hotel at Beau Vallon Beach, which as a guest treated me far better than anyone at Doubletree. At the Doubletree, y

This place is fantastic. We stayed for 4 nights at the start of May to finish an amazing 4 island Seychelles trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary (we could have easily stayed at Villa Roscia for a full week or longer!). It is in the perfect location up a small hill from the main Beau Vallon beach area, including a 2 min walk to Beach Shak for cocktails! The included breakfast is wonderful with great produce. We loved the cakes (especially the orange ones with a little bit of Nutella on top!). Even better is the breakfast setting - a huge terrace with views over the whole of Beau Vallon, including the beautiful green mountains and stunning ocean. They were also accommodating to our early departure and provided breakfast to-go that we took to the airport with us. We opted for a sea view room, of which I believe there are two. We were allocated a lovely room with large private balcony with views of both the mountains and ocean (the other sea view room I believe has a more central sea view, but with a less private balcony). The room had a walk in wardrobe with a safe and a small fridge. We loved that all the rooms were named after Seychelles islands! The pool is a lovely addition and we used it 2 or 3 times - every time we had it to ourselves which was a bonus! Overall this is a great place to stay and we would come back in a heartbeat. It was a great hotel. With flights coming in early in the morning, an earlier check-in would’ve been helpful. Patric was very helpful and thoughtful. Also, there was Dorine who kept our room tidy; and Hamisha on the bar. All three made a great impression upon us. The gym has a bit too many treadmills and lacks in some other machines which would make a full body workout easier. I was able to alter a few exercises to complete my workout but it would be better to possibly add free-weights and dumbbells and barbells. Overall it was a beautiful location and the staff were wonderful. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Планировать поездку начали заблаговременно, подбирать варианты размещения решила с помощью сайта ***********. Сразу в соответствии с поиском нашла La Residenc. Особо не раздумывая забронировала, так как соотношение цены и предлагаемых вариантов было идеально. Во время бронирования выяснилось, что оплату необходимо произвести сразу на сайте. По причине того, что банковская карта не подходит, провести оплату через сайт ***********. Было невозможно. Большое спасибо Mayna которая вошла в наше положение и подтвердила бронирование без предоплаты. С самого начала возникали разные сложности с нашей стороны, из-за изменения состава путешественников, появилась необходимость поменять номер со второго этажа на первый. Далее авиакомпания внесла изменения в даты рейсов, пришлось соответственно менять даты прибытия. Несмотря на все эти сложности, Mayna проявила понимание, и помогла нам решить все возникшие вопросы, касающиеся нашего размещения! Огромное спасибо! Так же Mayna организовала для нас трансфер в обе стороны. Нас встретили в аэропорту, помогли с багажом и доставили в La Residence. В La Residence, нас встретили и проводили в Бунгало с 2 спальнями. Хотела бы немного рассказать о La Residence. Комплекс La Residence с видом на залив Anse La Mouche находится всего в 50 метрах от Индийского океана. Очень красивые закаты и рассветы вам обеспечены! Международный аэропорт Сейшельских островов находится в 15 км, а Виктория — в 20 км. В комплексе La Residence на всей территории расположен сад с красивыми пальмами, плодовыми деревьями и красивыми цветами, и камнями. Вся эта бурная растительность выглядит невероятно на фоне залива и океана, особенно когда рассвет или закат это просто не передать словами, невероятно красиво. Так же на территории обустроена бесплатная частная парковка. Автобусные остановки находятся в 5-7 минут пешком, автобусы курсируют в разных направлениях. Так же пешком можно дойти по дороге до ресторанов и кафе 5-10 минут. Если пройти чуть дальше, то есть маленькие магазины. Комплекс La Residence находится на возвышенности, а выезд из комплекса упирается в дорогу, которая идет по периметру всего острова, если перейти через эту дорогу вы сразу попадёте на очень уединённый маленький пляж, он находится прям напротив Комплекс La Residence. Если пройти вдоль дороги на право после автобусной остановки начнется небольшая набережная и пляж, который тянется достаточно далеко. В один из дней мы так загулялись по береговой линии во время отлива, что ушли на несколько километров, наслаждаясь пейзажами. Автобусное сообщение достаточно разнообразно мы пользовались именно автобусами для удобства можно скачать приложение и ориентироваться в расписание, но в любом случае необходимо делать поблажку в 5-10 минут + -. Но для более комфортного передвижения можно арендовать автомобиль, на острове очень много вариантов. Мы останавливались в La Residence чуть больше чем на 2 неделе в бунгало с 2 спальнями 135 кв. м.
