Makkah Ajyad 4-star Hotels

There was no reservation at Al-Masa Dar Al-Fayzin. They did not find the reservation and we were transferred to another hotel, Al-Masa Grand, which increased our stress and exhaustion. There was no reservation at all at Al-Masa Dar Al-Fayzin and we were not informed of that. Please be accurate in the reservation and inform the customer of any new developments.

Good hotel, walking distance to the Haram. But you have to be patient with them because they are not practical with online bookings

The hotel is a good one clean affordable, but they don’t have a restaurant and you have to go near Haram to get food. Also the hotel in high mountain. There are golf cars, but you will have to wait for them and you have to request a car sometimes. 

The location is great and very near to Masjid Haram, but the room is too small, there is no electricity outlet in the toilet, the furniture is too old and not fixed. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Nothing much to say except this is definitely what you call a 5 star. Everything from smooth check in to check out was perfect. Location very good to haram. Top hotel restaurant/buffet. So much options on food. The whole hotel looks great also, massive lobby. Service was quality from front of house to all porters/cleaners/chefs. And beautiful masjid built in hotel. Highly recommend, might be little pricey but honestly you’ll 100% get your moneys worth, especially for umrah/hajj. I was there last few days of ramadan and eid, thinking because of how busy it will be during this period, might not get a good service or late check in etc. but totally opposite. It was worth every penny. Im originally from uk so expecting quality for the price i paid. Definitely all paid off.

Overall a good stay for the price. Pros: Location and staff were fantastic. Very helpful and good customer service. Room service guys were always ready to help and extremely friendly. Cons: management plz take note that you have excellent staff already in place. Please update rooms /especially bathrooms because the shower cubicles are tiny and cause water to cover the bathroom floor, and they are a little dated. A makeover will take this place easily to a 4 star hotel. Conclusion: A comfortable stay and worth the money i paid.

Everything was good, albeit the toilet in my room was broken but the staff fixed it in a good way. The location is totally great, only around 7 minutes by walk to Haram which made me never miss my praying time there.

The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and look forward to returning for another incredible stay.
