I stayed for 3D2N, and overall, it was an okay experience. The biggest downside is the confusing reception area—it’s mixed with The Swiss Hotel, residential units, and a shopping mall, making it quite hard to locate.
Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, which was a plus. The room was spacious, but cleanliness was just average, and unfortunately, there was a cockroach-like smell in the room.
Breakfast was mediocre, and since they share the dining area with Swiss Hotel, things got messy during peak season. They separated guests into a different space without any notice, which was quite disappointing.
Overall, it’s a decent place but with some areas for improvement.
