It was our first time staying at this Hotel. We are happy with the service and hospitality rendered to us. The room is clean & neat. The best part is the location of the Hotel that was very close to the malls, attractions and eatery places. Looking forward to stay longer in this Hotel.

We will always try to stay in Hatten Hotel as it offer good price quality stay.. the bed and pillow is very comfortable and room is very spacious…

Overall not so good. The front desk girl didn’t understand what I saying. The room is quite big but got smelly in the hotel.
Most important thing is the parking!! There said 24h for Rm5 but need go to front desk first.but I already take my card go front desk when I check out the parking slot it deducted my balance for around RM21!
