I already cancel my booking right after I realize I booked on the wrong time. The hotel said it’s fine to cancel but they didn’t send the refund to me prior to this date. I am disappointed since money still money

Staying here was impromptu because I had to go to Malang which was all impromptu too Advice for those who want to stay here, it's better to just book via apk because you can't, for example, book OTS directly (later you'll still be told to do it via apk) But the service & comfort is okay

The location is quite far from the city center, but there is quite a lot of food, laundry too. The place is a bit inside. All the staff are friendly. But the mattress is a bit hard, the sheets look old. The toilet water takes a long time to get hot. There is only 1 cable plug and it is far from the mattress. Apart from that everything is okay
