It is a nice and reasonably costed budget hotel situated very near to Mall Road, Manali. Staff is courteous and helpful. Room amenities are good as per budget standards including good beddings, geyser, near and clean washrooms. Parking is also available.

I booked Hotel Crystal online at very good price. The location of hotel is very convenient and near to city centre The Mall Road, Manali. Rooms are nice for the paid price and staff is helping and courteous. Facilities are O.K. I liked this place very much.

It is a nice small budget hotel. Staff was so helpful and food also reasonably priced. Not very far from Mall Road Manali. And view from rooms is city view. Parking was there. Amenities were o. K. Online rates are better with deals. I must stay a very nice hotel in budget rates.

This is really a decent budget hotel very near to Mall Road. Staff is courteous. Good rates are reasonable. Mall Road is 200mtrs away. Parking is available. Good is reasonably priced and tasty. View from room is City view and mountains view.

Really good budget room in Manali town. Mall Road is just 19min. Walk. Staff is helpful. They serve tasty food. Parking is available. Rooms are neat and clean. Washrooms are neat clean and hyegenic. Gautam manager is helpful and they help out to hire taxi also. Recommended.
