I bookes the maharaja room with balcony .it was great experience in hill river resort .i am very happy with all service .all services are excellent. Rooms are very spaces .very neat and clean. All staff are very kind nature .specially front office staff is very coprative .

Our recent 3-night stay at Hill River Resort by Best Western in Manali was nothing short of amazing. We were in town to celebrate our son’s 7th birthday, and the hotel staff made it truly special. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. Kritika and Isha at the front desk were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The team surprised us with a birthday cake and beautiful room decoration – and when we requested a change in the decor style, they happily obliged without any extra charges. It really showed how much they cared about guest experience. The promptness of the maintenance staff was impressive too. Our room's TV wasn’t working initially, but they replaced it quickly and even recharged Tata Sky so we could watch the IPL match without missing a moment. The location of the resort is perfect – close to Mall Road in Aleo, yet peaceful enough to enjoy the mountain vibe. There’s ample parking available, which made it convenient for us since we were driving in from Gurugram. Food was delicious and the breakfast buffet had a good variety to keep everyone happy – from kids to adults. This resort truly exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended for families visiting Manali!

It was right decision to book the hotel for a family vacation. We were very confused while selecting the hotel. But the hotel reservation manager suggested and guided me well. After staying here for 3 nights I found everything upto the mark. Delicious breakfast and dinner. The most important thing is the view which is amazing. I m recommending this hotel to all people those are looking for a great stay with great view in the lap of mountains.
