limited breakfast almost nobody at the pool hotel considered good for a single on a short trip

Good hotel for a few days stay. Very helpful and nice staff! There are many cafes and grocery stores near the hotel! Recommend

It’s was good

Room was spotless, everything was perfectly arranged, nice view, great layout, good parking, and professional, friendly staff. Only minor distraction was a slight "funk" just as you walked in. Could have been an overused mop, not sure, but the rest of the place was more than fine.

I would highly recommend booking a stay at Swiss-Belsuites Admiral Juffair.

This is the first hotel that I had ever booked and met respectful staff. They allowed me to check out late for free. May you guys continue to find God favour. 🙏

A terrible and unacceptable experience! Upon arriving at the hotel to complete check-in, the receptionist (***************) informed us that our reservation was for a non-smoking room and lounge, and that the current available option was a two-bedroom apartment (also non-smoking). She rudely added that they would "give us the apartment, but they will lock one of the rooms"! This was an unprofessional approach that demonstrates a lack of taste and disrespect for guests. Of course, we rejected this behavior, and after escalating the issue, we were given the entire apartment. But the shock was the level of cleanliness! The apartment was indescribably dirty, and upon entering the bathroom, a foul odor of urine pervaded it. I tried to cover it up with perfume several times, to no avail, only to discover later that the odor had permeated the bathroom walls! The level of filth was unbearable and unbecoming of any hotel, regardless of its classification. A very bad experience, and I absolutely do not recommend it.

Clean hotel and excellent location with all services. The hotel only lacks window shading for comfort when sleeping, especially in the morning, the sun enters the room and this is annoying. I also thank the employee Jamil and the employee Nida 👍
