Hotel Saint Paul - Photo Gallery

Very good hotel. Would recommend. Location is good, very clean and super friendly staff! Very helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again.

1. Manual check-in was inefficient and took 30 minutes to complete. 2. We were given a room that had been used by someone else. When we entered, the air conditioner and TV were turned on. 3. The hygiene is poor and the bed sheets are dirty. We requested to change them but the front desk refused because there were no rooms available. 4. The front desk said "If you are not satisfied, you can cancel the order and check in at another hotel", but he knew that it was impossible to cancel at this time. 5. He kept taking videos while we were checking the room, which was disrespectful to us.
