Everything was good until middle of the night water dripping , I can’t back to sleep 🤣

Me and my sister came to Manchester for a concert and absolutely loved this hotel, had everything we needed wished we stayed a bit longer.

Excellent location. Very modern and clean hotel room. Exceptional good front desk service, special thanks to Elizabeth who provided special touches to her clients.

Had a short stay in Manchester and needed a place that I could also work from while enjoying the city. The studio room was clean, well furnished and had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly, and there was a "grab and go" breakfast offered which wasn't particularly appealing but better than nothing. Location was good and had plenty to do nearby- bit difficult to get to from the airport, needed an Uber.

Beautiful, historic building in an excellent location. Walkable to lots of food, drink and shopping.

Worst room we’ve had there. At night you could hear a large extractor fan continuously. Cleaning wasn’t great, hair and product residue in shower. Pillows like rocks. So much to choose from in Manchester will try others now. Young guy on reception didn’t seem interested in helping anyone

The receptionists at front desk are so nice and welcoming. Really kind to help me and check in , out , luggage storage are all really smooth thanks to them. Really beautiful too 😊 room is big and location is golden. A few mins walk distance from everywhere. Definitely recommend 😊

It's a fantastic hotel with wonderful appearances. The service is good and the receptionist is so nice! Also it is convenient as there are tram station next to the hotel. Wonderful Hotel!

Lovely hotel, perfect location. Was fun trying to find the room as the numbers didn't go in order.. but it made us laugh. Would definitely stay here again!!

Room was unclean and cold

Room is very clean with complete amneties. Very good location, just walking distance to nearby attractions, mall and tram stations as well. Wifi is good, bed and room is comfortable with kitchen and microwave. Great view, I've got the one looking at the Manchester Cathedral, absolutely love it. Just something to take note is that some rooms requires a small flight of stairs, so need to carry the luggage up/down. Something to note if you're with heavy luggages. But I managed anyway.
