Was a lovely stay. It is very conveniently close to Deans gate station. I just thought it was a bit cheeky asking 5 pounds to have a corkscrew brought to our room. Other than that the staff was kind and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is spacious and clean. When you check in you have a choice or having a shower or a bath which is really lovely. The gym is large and well presented. The rooms have aircon which can be adjusted to your choice. The bar area is very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast is superb. I have recommended the hotel to my colleagues who often stay/work in Manchester.

Summary: Avoid spoilers and try to change hotels. This Innside hotel in Manchester is not far from Oxford Street Railway Station, and there are supermarkets and pizza chains next to it. The location is relatively comfortable. All the front desk staff of this store do not speak Mandarin, and English is required for communication throughout the process. This hotel does not have disposable supplies. Note: I stayed for a week, and even disposable slippers were charged (8 pounds per pair). Is the British country going to pass on the national bankruptcy to socialism? On the fourth day, the disposable napkins were used up, and they were not replenished until we checked out on the last day. For slippers, I talked to the short and fat guy at the front desk. The guy said categorically that Ctrip’s fees do not include disposable slippers. The guy repeated three times: not include. Pay 8 pounds per pair. So it is recommended that Ctrip should indicate the hotel’s strange precautions for this hotel: the price does not include disposable slippers! The hotel’s pre-authorization of 50 pounds was returned very slowly, and I have not received it yet. I hope Ctrip can help me get it back.

The room was decorated in a modern and stylish style, very new, with complete facilities, everything was satisfactory, and the breakfast was also rich. However, there was a clicking sound in the room every few seconds. I didn't use the shower and the air conditioner was turned off, so I couldn't find the source of the sound.

I've stayed in so many hotels in the UK, but this one is the only one that requires a deposit... Because we had to get up early to catch a flight, the taxi company that this hotel works with was a bit of a rip-off, charging 35 pounds for the entire journey, plus a 5-pound airport docking fee. The black driver learned from the front desk that we had 50 in cash, and when we got off the car he asked if we had a tip. When he heard no, he got us off with a very bad attitude. Later we checked and found out that Uber only costs 25 pounds from the hotel to the airport.

It's near a small apartment. I booked it for my elderly family. The room is relatively new and clean. The surrounding area is also quite lively. There are supermarkets with food. It's not far from the city center on foot.
