Perfect location near all the bars and restaurants. Its also near the port. They also give massage services in room. Room size is okay

Arrival, we arrived 12pm since as per email receipt we received check in time 12:00 yet we were told by the receptionist that check in time is 2:00pm. Clearly not setting proper expectation. Parking area, the guards does not want us to park at the parking area we end up parking at the sidewalk even though i emailed asking about parking etc etc etc. we been asking day and night if we can park meron daw naka reserved yet on our last night wala paring sasakyang nakapark. Ng ipilit kasama ko at sinabi na ilang gabi na kami wlaa naman naka park saka lang kami pinayagan mag park as you can see sa pic meroong mga space. Sana kung wlang parking dont put it on your amenities lalo na kung ayaw nyo mag papark para sana sa iba nalang ako nag book.

I recently stayed at comfy in manila booked at Reddoorz and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the location of the hotel was quite nice, I encountered a couple of issues that affected my stay. Firstly, I must commend the hotel's location. It was conveniently situated in a convenient area. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the towels provided. Upon arrival, I noticed that the towels in my room were visibly dirty and stained. It was quite off-putting and made me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. Clean and fresh towels are an essential aspect of any hotel stay, and I believe this is an area that requires improvement. Furthermore, I found the receptionist staff to be rather unpleasant. Their demeanor was consistently unwelcoming and lacking in warmth. As a guest, I value friendly and attentive service, which unfortunately was not the case during my stay. Interactions with the receptionist left me feeling unappreciated and somewhat uncomfortable. We request toiletries and took them forever to deliver. Despite these issues, I must acknowledge the positive aspects of the hotel's location. However, I strongly urge the management to address the cleanliness and provide training to the receptionist staff to improve their customer service skills. Overall, my experience was a mixed one. While the location was appealing, the dirty towels and unpleasant receptionist encounters were significant drawbacks. I hope that the hotel takes these concerns into consideration and works towards enhancing the overall guest experience.

good place to stay

I have a booking from Jan 8 to 12 2024. I came around 3am. I couldnt check in because the system says im NO SHOW. I was asked by the Front Desk to wait till 2pm to have my room ready and i have to pay again. The customer service of REDDOORZ handled the issue very well. They checked in me in the system and i was anle to have a room in 15minutes. They reinstated my original booking. Only invalidating the day i didnt arrive. With regards to the room, there is an unusual smell inside. Smells like decaying flesh. Im not sure if it is in the AC or somewhere else like bed corners, sheets, comforter, or probably ceiling.

It's convenient because there are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. The hotel was relatively clean and the staff were friendly. However, the security situation seems quite bad, so it's best not to go out at night.

The location is close to everything so it's good. But when I entered there were a lot of small cockroaches..no matter where you go, there are a lot of them. I opened the CR, the yellow toilet seat immediately appeared, I complained but no action was taken. When I showered, the hot water didn't work. Then the drainage was still clogged. I hope they checked before accepting the guest if everything was clean and ok. You'll be disappointed right away. The P200 bedspacer is even better.
