"This is a nice clean Hotel with a lovely pool The breakfast is more than acceptable. The only problem is that this hotel caters to a significant number of construction workers who are up and are moving at 5:15 in the morning. Problem with that is the doors on these rooms and the exit doors slam so hard you will not get a bit of sleep from 5:15 on. Stay away from the first floor rooms and the rooms toward the south end of the main building."

"The stay is in little cottages, or bungalows, very cute. We loved and appreciated that our pups were allowed to stay with us! Since we had our pups with, we especially appreciated having our own cottage which made it a bit more private. This was a family trip so we had rented two cottages. Both of them were extremely clean and smelled very clean upon arrival. Each bed was made up very nice and we appreciated the all white bedding. Each cottage also had a kitchenette and small bathroom. We also enjoyed the tiki bar and food truck onsite."

"Watching the sunset here is so beautiful! We arrived after 5pm and thanked the staff for thoughtfully preparing the key envelope. I was very moved by the handwritten welcome message above. The room was clean and comfortable. There are bowls, cutlery, and coffee cups in the kitchen cabinets. I met a family traveling in an RV and have been staying here for a week. It can be seen that it is a friendly little world. It’s just that we had to rush early in the morning and didn’t have time to experience the small swimming pool. All in all, it’s a great place worth staying!"

The sofa bed has a very comfortable memory foam full mattress. Cable TV is included. Central AC. It has a large carport to keep your car under the roof and protected. There is also plenty of parking for a boat. For an additional fee, we have a boat slip available 50 ft away to park a boat. Send us a message for additional details. We are also fully equipped with beach equipment, and fishing poles. You are welcome to fish in the canal across the street. We have a outdoor space with barbecue, umbrella and picnic table.
The neighborhood is family oriented and safe. Marathon is the best key to be! It is in the middle of the Florida Keys. Short driving distance from Key West to the south and Islamorada to the north.

There are also bicycles and an outdoor ping pong table for your enjoyment. The Coral Cove is situated directly next to the path leading to the community dock. The house includes a bait freezer and 36 feet of lighted dock space with fish cleaning tables and whips for added protection for your boat. After fishing, take a stroll to the waterfront gazebo on The Tides property and marvel at what we call the Florida Keys lifestyle.
