The room is quite big, and the hotel's private beach is very good, which is very good. The hotel has complete facilities, and the facility fee and parking fee are notified in advance. Beautiful hotel with so many amenities for the guests. I wish the person who checked us in could have told us what the amenities were and shown us what was in the brochure and if we had any questions. Other than that, it was great! We will be back when the weather is warmer.

2nd stay, also stayed Dec 2023.. very nice hotel. Just don't like the resort fees. The weather was not nice, so we never used the bikes or kayaks. Due to the type of our reservation, our fees could not be used for breakfast,,so maybe change your policy.

We love this property, we stayed a few years back before they added the plastic aqua cabanas in the back and we preferred it without. They block the beautiful view and the water in that area is a little icky. Ruins some of the benefit of the infinity pool, otherwise a 5. We will be back!

the bathroom shower floor was extremely slippery - I slipped and fell on my face. It was a frightening experience. The infinity pool was very enjoyable.

Lyenna and a few other staff members were great. After the first night we asked to be moved, room 103 is near common areas, bery noisy! When we requested missing items for the room i.e. glasses to use for drinks they never arrived. Our room was made up each day but my mother and father in laws wasnt - they had dirty floors and never received clean beach towels. The area was lovely with the fire pits. I did yoga on saturday AM and the lady was lovely. The view was perfect. The pool at the side is heated, the hot tub did feel cold at night. Food was good and so were the rum punches. With a couple of minor tweaks this place will be amazing.
