This is probably one of the worst stays I ever had, especially considering how expensive it is. We arrived late at night and they told us they didn't have a room for us, because 'I didn't confirm again the reservation the previous week' (it had been booked and confirmed for 2 months in advance) Their solution was offering us a room that had unusable toilet as it was under repair - so I had to shower in the rooftop where the pool is and we had to use the toilet in the reception - honestly this was outrageous We originally had 3 nights booked and during our phone call, the host indicated the rest of the nights were booked out. However, the very next day he told me he could arrange a room for both nights. We had to pay for the 3 nights and he didn't give any compensation or discount at all. We had 3 different rooms and the service each night was different. The first night we didn't even have the lower sheet so we had to sleep on top. The second night there was no gel or shampoo. The third night for example we weren't given a bottle of mineral water that they had given us the previous 2 nights. Booking system through emails was difficult as the host replies in English but doesn't know English, so I highly recommend you use French to avoid misunderstandings, and remember to re confirm your stay the previous week - but if I were you, I would never stay here (I had it prepaid, otherwise I would have left that very first night) NEVER EVER
