A little far from the city center but if you are looking for a little haven of peace, far from the noise of the city and the crowd, this is the perfect place. Tranquility reigns there, and you will spend a real moment of relaxation by the pool in the sun. Thanks to Fuzija and all the family, you made our stay exceptional, we can't wait to come back

Beautiful house with spacious rooms and very well decorated! The common areas are spacious and comfortable, several lounges. The welcome was warm. Very well located, 20 minutes from the center by car. Minor drawbacks: - about breakfast: freshly squeezed orange juice mixed with carton juice because there weren't enough oranges ;( Breakfast service scattered, everything arrives out of sync, they put breakfast down for me even though I didn't come down until 30 minutes later, my friend had warned me. But the young man said he was serving by room! Incomprehensible! I had to use a metaphor to make him understand the nonsense! Unfortunately, I had to send everything back and ask to be served again. Bread and pancakes not the same day ;( It came from a good place and he was keen to do his job. And despite everything, he kept smiling and apologized. - entering and leaving the house: door locked with a double turn each time, impossible to leave without the waiter who also does the reception, intervening to open the key. To enter, you have to ring the bell several times before they let you in. The reason given is to prevent customers from leave with the key or without paying and for security reasons 🙄 (There is a guard at the entrance). For payment, you pay on arrival! This is the first time I have seen this while I have just been this week in other houses of the group and it is absolutely not the same! It spoils the charm of this house and the stay. we spent a day there (day pass). The welcome is warm and the place is conducive to relaxation. We did not see the rooms but given the decoration of the reception room, it gives an idea of ​​the services of the rest. We are ready to try next time!

plus: neat establishment, well appointed and decorated, pleasant room, attentive staff minus: lack of equipment for the price; no TV, no fridge, tax on drinks brought, high prices for extras, good but minimalist breakfast.

Nous avions réservé aux Jardins de Kesali à Marrakech, mais à 24 heures de notre arrivée, l'établissement a annulé notre réservation sans fournir de véritable explication. Cette annulation de dernière minute nous a contraints à rechercher un autre hébergement en urgence, avec des tarifs bien plus élevés. Une telle gestion est inacceptable et reflète un manque total de professionnalisme. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. Maintenant il nous faire les démarches pour notre remboursement, super !
