Very good experience, the hotel service staff is very enthusiastic, helping with luggage and changing change, the swimming pool is very clean, the room is comfortable and tidy, the breakfast is delicious, very suitable for vacation and leisure, very good experience, look forward to staying again in the future

There is no harm if there is no comparison. Compared with domestic and European five-star hotels in Morocco, the local five-star hotels are still a bit worse, and the breakfast content is not much.

Came in the off-season and Ramadan, so not all amenities were available, but most were. Has a bar, swimming pool, poolside restaurant/ bar, fitness room, spa, tea room, etc. The dinners and breakfasts were good. Staff were really nice. Rooms were spacious, clean and appealing. My room had a covered balcony. It a $5 taxi ride to the Souk. This place must be rocki g in summer.

We read the reviews and were worried but wow it’s a beautiful hotel with great staff a great pool and a great buffet style restaurant loved every minute of our 7 days there would highly recommend it I will definitely stay there again anytime xx

We have been on exploring Morocco all week and have stayed at a number of hotels and this one is by far the nicest! The food is incredible, the pool is huge, and the mojitos at the bar might be the best I’ve ever had. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is excellent. I was nervous about staying here after seeing other reviews but those people are being nit-picky! This place is plenty nice and feels luxurious.

Great surroundings, professional and kind staff, excellent spa, hair salon. I had a hair cut, pedicure, reflexology, and wish i had more time to go into the hot pool with jacuzzi and sauna. Great variety of food offerings for breakfast and dinner. The room was clean, quiet, nice space, view of gardens.

⁃A poor 3 star at best. Pro:     ⁃    Pool was big.     ⁃    Getting sun beds was often easy, but there was a shortage of umbrellas occasionally.     ⁃    Cash machine in lobby.     ⁃    Close to shopping centre with a few fast food places and a large Carrefour supermarket for picking up snacks etc for room.     ⁃    Towels changed everyday     ⁃    Toiletries were fine and replace daily - note fine, and not good. Definitely not 5 star standard. Cons: -Staff at reception are unhelpful. Upon arriving we asked if there was anywhere to get food. They were very pushy on their own hotel restaurant and didn’t mention the shopping centre, or any other restaurants, nearby.     ⁃    We booked on *********** and they didn’t take the payment before we arrived like we had requested so we had to pay on arrival. Not bad or good, just a slight inconvenience.     ⁃    The day after we arrived was a fete day. We went to reception to ask about getting a taxi, the weren’t interested and said there were taxis outside. It would’ve been helpful if the reception had have mentioned that it was a holiday and that most restaurants were closed. They knew we had just arrived in the night before. Again, not entirely their fault but they could’ve mentioned. Poor guest service.     ⁃    When checking in, we only got 1 room key for a couple. We didn’t feel comfortable asking for another key as staff weren’t overly approachable.     ⁃    Room was extremely tired. Furniture was damaged, walls were dirty and in need of a repaint, skirting boards were hanging off the wall, the tiles in the bathroom were cracked, the bathroom basically flooded after every shower as water would pour onto the floor. We had two conference chairs in our room and only a table on our balcony, no chairs. Our curtains were also hanging off the pole and there was one missing. We had three instead of four curtains.     ⁃    AIR CONDITIONING is the WORST I’ve ever experienced. Our room was not a comfortable temperature for the whole time we were there. At times, it was cooler to open the balcony doors.     ⁃    We were provided with two messily bottles of water upon check-in which we’re in our fridge. These weren’t replaced daily which I thought was poor.     ⁃    There are no irons in the hotel. Having travelled a considerable distance, all my pre-ironed shirts had become creased and needed a touch up. The reception informed me that there were no irons in the hotel and I would have to send all my clothes to dry cleaning to be pressed. I’ve never once been to a hotel who didn’t have irons. In many actual five star hotels I’ve stayed in the past, they were standard in the wardrobe of the room.     ⁃    Snack bar choice is poor. Choice of drinks is terrible. Most are served warm without ice. If you ask for ice you could be waiting up to 20 minutes for it to be brought to your table. Staff are extremely slow. There is no ice cream, no crisps, nothing you would expect from a pool side snack bar. Basic
