There was cockroach in the room but staff changed my room. No amenities and dryer was not working. It was really cold in the room but they gave me the heater.

The TV reception and the Internet connection were anything but good, the towels were old. Only the pool was great but you have to put up $10 to get a pool towel, that was a first.

Dirty and old room without any touch of modernity, carpet on the floor full of stains, the sink is clogged we had to call the reception during the night to unclog the sink, no remote control for the air conditioning in the room and since we arrived in the evening, they told us that the remote control would only be available from the next day, we had to sleep with the air conditioning very cold despite the fact that a technician came to adjust the temperature before sleeping
In short I hope that this hotel does renovation work, because it does not deserve the current 4 stars.

Pool towel charge!!
Personal lifeguard abused and speaks badly and I wanted to return towel and get my deposit back he left me waiting for nothing even though I was in a hurry
