Location next to the convention center but a little far from the tourist area. Very basic breakfast, I find it almost catastrophic for a 3 or 4 *. The worst for me is the reception staff who seriously lack customer relations. First, arrived around midnight, the room was already fully paid online, the reception staff did not give me my room without paying the tourist tax for the 5 nights, a small amount however and it cannot be carried over to the next day, the time to make the exchange, I had to finally make the exchange with them. Then the most serious, an incident occurred during my stay, a guest enters my room at 8:40 in the morning with a key provided by the reception. This guest was very unpleasant believing that I was illegally occupying her room. Once I went down with her to the reception, the reception staff just told me that it was a mistake and there was no point in demonizing the matter, I received no apology from the hotel management. I do not recommend this hotel!!

Hotel very well located in the center of Marrakech. The hotel is very pretty with lots of evening entertainment and shows. The only problem was that upon arrival the air conditioning was faulty and despite all the comments from tourists, the technical service took 4 days to repair it. The people at reception are very nice but are completely lost. Be careful of the swimming pool which is very dirty.
