The worst experience i ever have had with any hotels. We arrived a day late because of the delayed flight. We tried to contact the hotel, nobody answered. Next day we arrived and first they said we don't have a room anymore. When we finally got the room, there was no toilet paper, no soap, the toilet was not flushing, the safebox was broken. The "all inclusive" is a joke. One night we didn't get any food, because the cook was "missing" as they said. Breakfast is really poor, lunch and dinner also. Lunch and dinner is not from the buffet, instead you sit down to the restaurant and wait and they will bring you whatever the cook makes that time. The pool is smal, and looked really filthy. You don't want to swin in there. They also smoke inside in the personnel rooms and the smell is everywhere. Overall I don't recommend this hotel, maybe only for an really quick stayover only. The pictures look nice, but don't believe in them. The location in perfect though, it was easy to access everywhere!

A very, very average hotel with staff who seem terrorized by an insufferable "housekeeper"... Avoid! Otherwise, the service is decent but the location is not bad... But treating staff like this "housekeeper," or rather "boss," is unacceptable...

As per many other reviews the greasy haired, bad odoured reception guy refused our pre booked and paid for reservation claiming we hadn't paid enough and they never sell rooms for under £60 even though, I could still book via numerous booking sites for £40. It was 11pm and we'd just arrived from the airport. He requested I called Agoda to have them pay his additional scam payment or pay him ourselves. I was on my phone for an hour at a cost of £10 He was very rude and refused Agoda's extra payment instead enjoying telling us we can't stay at the hotel and to leave. Please please read the reviews and don't ruin your stay, luckily I'm a seasoned traveler and organised alternative accommodation very quickly. Agoda refused to print this accurate review and I've noticed there's far less reviews on their site alerting others to avoid encountering these con artists. There's much nicer hotels with lower rates anyway.

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. I do not recommend staying here. - Wi-Fi problems: There’s no wifi/internet in the rooms, even though it says "connected." - No extra bedding: Shockingly, there are no spare covers if you need. If you need one extra or one gets dirty, there’s no immediate replacement, and you’ll have to wait until the next day to get an extra. - Outdated and unclean: The furniture and towels are extremely old and appear dirty even after being cleaned and changed. - No basic amenities: Soap is not provided "you have to buy it yourself". They provice you only shampoo, But quality is very poor. - Noise problems: If your room faces the front, it’s difficult to sleep due to outside noise of the cars. The parking area is managed by a street guard who keeps screaming even at night. - Disappointing breakfast: The tea and coffee are only lukewarm, and there are no fruits or vegetables offered, well some juce.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! If you think you have found a bargain and the price is less than £40 per night don't waste your time or money as they will not honour the booking. After spending over an hour on the phone to Agoda, who we booked through, the very rude and aggressive receptionist kicked us out of the hotel and left us trying to find alternative accommodation at midnight. If you choose to book anyway, watch where you park if you have a hire car as they will try to scam you for parking payment on the street outside. Ultimately there are much better places available for a similar cost, these people do not deserve the custom.

The booking made at this hotel via the Agoda site is from 20.09.2024 to 21.09.2024. They place items on the Agoda website that are very attractive for booking, but when you report to reception they indicate that the rate is incorrect and that Agoda has made a mistake and they ask you to pay extra? This is very strange that the rate is still offered at a very favorable rate on the website at the same time? It smells very much like a scam, think very carefully before making a booking here. They didn't arrange anything for us and after 2 hours we could leave?

Worst place I have ever stayed. Arrived at 5pm 20 women with reservations confirmed in July with a tour company. At 7 pm they told us we had 8 of the 11 rooms. So 6 women had to share 2 rooms and the tour guide went to a friend. If that wasn’t bad enough we had showers flooding, no towels, no toilet paper in most rooms, A/C didn’t work in most rooms nor did the lock boxes. Then our key was demagnetized and we could not leave our room or take the chance and leave it open. We were told the manager who was the only person who could rekey our card did not come until midnight! No alcohol available in the hotel, we had our own. While waiting for our rooms we broke out our alcohol by the pool. We were told no alcohol except in your room. Our response”give us our rooms and keys and we will be happy obliged.” It took until 3pm the next day to get most things sorted out. Toilet paper and towels never readily available. Thank gawd we were only there 2 nights!
