The service was terrible! The reception stuff was really indifference, and didn’t tell us when to check in, and just ask us to wait almost 30 mins there! After check in, we found all the cups were used by someone and didn’t clean at all. The fridge is locked, you can’t image this is the 5 stars hotel. Even we can find the breadcrumbs floating in the swimming pool! Sometime you can’t even open your room door with their so big heavy key! 12 years old children will be regarded as an adult, but they can’t use their indoor swimming pool, which is just for over 16 years adults. the porter in the hall would introduce 100 Dirham taxi to you, but in fact, it just worth less then 50 Dirham. The breakfast and table tennis is good, you can enjoy that. Thanks!

1. They don't remove used dishes at breakfast.
2. They don't replace used kits (dental and shaving)
3. They don't have their own branded car. They come by calling an economy class taxi.
4. They mixed up all the massages in the SPA, but the SPA itself is good.

We decided to book a day pass at the Palace as the weather was not too good until late afternoon. The pass allowed us to use the heated indoor pool and spa facilities followed by a 3 course lunch then the use of the outdoor heated pool . The staff were very polite and attentive and the facilities were stunning ,

Moussa was a wonderful waiter. The food was delicious and service outstanding. The experience was delightful. The balcony was fantastic with an amazing ambience. The live music was brilliant. I would recommend this restaurant la cour des lions to everyone.

The ,,La Court des Lions‘‘ is agreat Location in a beautiful Building. The Food is amazing like typical marrocain. All Waitors ar very kind and helpfull. Just can relate this Place! It also has a very good looking balcony with a great view. :) :)

The hotel is a little gem with lovely attentive staff such as Khalid in the main restaurant. If you want a lovely silver service treatment Khalid is your man. We decided to have the half board and was delighted with the choice and quality of food with old school service that unfortunately is hard to find. Well done team, including the piano player who created a lovely ambience in the restaurant in the evening.

We booked a day pass and next time, we wille definitely stay longer! The staff was nice, the food was good en the place was clean. We used the spa facilities, booked a massage and facial and had lunch. Would definitely recommend to escape the city.
