Hotel & Spa Dar Sara

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms and common spaces are well decorated and the atmosphere is just perfect, with nice orange trees and a smell of jasmine everywhere. Check in with mint tea was also much appreciated.

Riyad Dar Sara feels like stepping into Mille et une Nuits ✨✨✨ The ambiance is magical, perfectly blends traditional charm with modern comfort. Everything is so peaceful and authentic. Huge thanks to Yassine for his amazing dedication, great service, and good vibes Highly recommend!

Im so satisfied with my experience in this riad everything is good ( staff , food , design … everything) ..the staff really cares about every details especially “Zineb” .. i recommend you this place and i would be back another time for sure .. 10/10

What a great hospitality! The room was really big, they have a really good massage service, and you can order food at the rooftop! Our host Housni was the greatest host you can wish, he did everything what we wish, and was really handsome, he deserves ☆☆☆☆☆+ ! I hope we can come back! Greetz, Bas en Marleen

What we liked the most was the friendliness and kindness of all the staff especially beniz & rami and the woman who works in the kitchen were always available to help us in everything and provide us with an incredible few days in Marrakech. They all showed concern in making this trip memorable. In addition, the Riad is beautiful, well represented by the photos, the breakfast is amazing and the location is very good. We were able to visit everything on foot except the Majorelle Garden, which we had to go by transfer. Given the heat felt, we also liked the fact that it had AC in the room and had a pool that became an asset to endure the heat.

The hotel definitely does not deserve 4 stars ,it is never more than 2 stars at all. No matter how well-intentioned the hotel staff tries to be, their standards and room conditions are clear. They gave us a dark and bad room with no running water in the shower. However, after our complaint, we were given better conditions (with running water). ) They gave me a room. I do not recommend you to order food from the hotel's own restaurant. Because it is also a disappointment. There are 3 types of market jam and pancakes for breakfast. The tea and coffee provided for breakfast is only enough for one cup. Please do not be fooled by the photos. The communication of the employees with each other zero. When you make a payment, you are not given a receipt and you may be asked to pay again the next day. Then they start arguing with each other. I experienced 6 days of stress and I do not recommend you to experience it either. At this price, we could have stayed at a hotel with much better conditions without stress, It was a huge mistake and dissapointment.
