Poor room conditions, air condition didn’t work well. Complained but no better room provided. This was in the peak of summer heat. I do not Rev commend this hotel if you like your comfort There are better options

We’ve been staying at Les Deux Tours opposite and were looking for somewhere else to eat locally when we approached the team at Murano. They booked us in for dinner and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The food was tasty and the service excellent.

We have been to Murano and it was quite different from many places I’ve been before in Marrakech. The pool is calm and clean, the food is delicious and the staff was so nice, professional and welcoming! Will definitely come back again

I had my birthday in Morocco and at least 5 of my guests stayed at this hotel. In the summer months, the hotel's air conditioning did not work, no wifi in the rooms, one room's toilet did not work. My guests were all very uncomfortable and reported this to the receptionist. We heard this problem with AC and wifi had existed for about a week. My guests checked out one by one to a neighboring hotel. Very poor customer service when the issues were reported, the receptionist just said he understood our complaint but could not do anything about it.

Spent 4 days here to attend a near by wedding (actually it was next door)! Wonderful rooms incredibly clean and very spacious! Beds remade each day and an obvious clean around. There was a local cat that was mooching around which i loved and we found a tortoise (if you keep an eye peeled you will spot them) food was brilliant also and we ordered beers to the pool quite frequent which arrived fast/ all in all 10/10 x☺️❤️

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding at a nearby hotel. The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble even arranged for an early breakfast on our final day before our transfer to the airport.

Perfect stay with an available and welcoming team. The room was clean and spacious. Nothing to complain about and the cleaning was done properly. Small flat: Too bad the bees invade the surroundings of the swimming pools and the rooms. We will return without hesitation.

Hotel where everything is thought out on a grand scale! Gardens, swimming pools, rooms, reception... Coming for a wedding that was taking place in the neighboring hotel, we appreciated the serenity of the Murano gardens. Admittedly, these are a little peeled, but the drought is the reason but not the zeal of the gardeners we saw at work. Caring staff and finally, EXCELLENT cuisine! Arrived late, we went to the hotel restaurant a little constrained because we were the only customers ... what a good surprise! We had an excellent dinner, fresh and very well cooked: a real good surprise!
