BAB Hotel meet up to the standard 😁, a staff Nour by name deserves a raise of pay as her service was exceptional, breakfast is brilliant as the kitchen staffs were helpful and kind.
The security men always smiling and nice.

I got an upgrade to a larger room, it was gigantic. Massive bed and bathroom, 2 balconies, TV, fridge, desk and 2 sofas (they were quite low though, like futons).
The staff at reception were brilliant.
As it is a boutique hotel there aren't many rooms, so breakfast was very basic.
I was unwell, the staff let me check out at 2pm for free, which was much appreciated.

I stayed at Bab hotel for 3 nights this past April and had a wonderful experience! The hotel staff is extremely friendly and will arrange your transportation to and from the hotel (make sure you take at Morocco currency). You can get massages for a good price here and breakfast is included. The location was safe and away from the center of the city. The rooms were spacious with an amazing bathroom. The pool isn't appealing but overall a place worth staying!

Beautifully designed hotel, type of boutique hotel. only 5-minute walk from the main street, where you found many restaurants. 20 mins walk from the medina. Not far from train station and airport. many restaurants nearby, night lounge and club nearby. very nice room, lovely small pool, cozy bar and restaurant. Smiley faces behind the reception, always willing to help you but Sabrina, Lamia and Dounia at the reception was very kind and very professional. always willing to help with big smile.

Very bad customer service, the hotel canceled the reservation without communicate and the do not respond to e-mail. They used the excuse of control code of the credit card invalidate I use the same card for other reservation and I did not have any problem...I do not suggest this hotel...very insensitive and not available

Room faces a very busy street: constant sound of mopeds and cars along with occasional car horns and drunk people yelling. My husband had to check the windows because we thought maybe we left one of them open but it turns out the windows were closed, there’s just no sound insulation. Past 1 AM, still unable to sleep, went to the lobby to check if there’s another room but none were available. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
