I had an excellent experience here. I absolutely loved my room was spacious with a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable which was great as I have a bad back. The staff were were fantastic ! They suggested many places for me to visit and made me feel comfortable. The night staff especially Omar true gentleman! Extremely helpful. The swimming pool and hammam were top tier. Must go. The decor and the lobby area felt just like home, beautifully decorated. The tram and food shops are 2/3mins walk. So convenient. I love everything about my stay here except the last morning as I was woken up by some builders which is minor when you have an amazing place to stay.

Good location, within walking distance to most attractions. The room is large, the supplies are comprehensive and replenished quickly. There is a water heater, coffee machine, tea and coffee are available every day, which is very convenient. Our room faced the inner garden and was quiet. Nice accommodation experience.

It was windy and rainy on the first night of stay, so we ate directly in the restaurant. It cost less than 200 euros for three people, which is much more comfortable than those tourist restaurants. Great location, walkingdistancefrom everything. Breakfast was included, but nothing to wow about. Overall, it was a nice hotel for the price I've paid. The only one complaint i have is luggage storage time. You can't collect your luggage between 12pm and 3pm, which is very inconvenient. What is the point of closing the storage if the staff there anyway. Otherwise, I would give it a 5 star.

Less than one kilometer walk from the train station, the road through the big supermarket to replenish, to the old port is also walking, the road also passes a good restaurant. There are also several supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is good.

The main thing is that the hotel is in a good location, in the city center, and the front desk service is very good. I used to stay in the Ibis next to the train station for convenience, but that one is much worse than this one. I will stay here again next time I come.

Very average for the price, cleanliness of the common areas limit... Very old room and bathroom without equipment (for my part without shower curtain..) I didn't know before arriving but the parking lot must be booked in advance (15€/d) otherwise impossible to put your car and the streets around meh meh The advantage would be the location... there is the Joliette metro at 50m

A wonderful stay. The concierge and staff was very helpful and friendly. Amazing view on the balcony and very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Will be staying here for future trips and highly recommend this for anyone looking to spend time in Marseilles! View from the room:
