"The hotel is very well located, especially for the Vélodrome stadium. It's very clean, and the check-in service was great on the day we arrived. The young men working there were really kind. We enjoyed our stay at the Vélodrome with our two daughters. However, on April 27th, we encountered a woman at the reception who handled the hotel payment poorly, causing us to be charged twice. Even though I clearly explained that I had already paid, I was unfortunately debited a second time. I had to call back to request a refund. After that, everything went smoothly, and we received our refund two days later. 🤩"

The rooms overlooking the garden are very pleasant, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom very spacious. This hotel is beautiful and quite unique with its different buildings and the large garden in the middle. The hotel's own parking is a real bonus! And finally, the breakfast was perfect! I hope to return soon!"

"The hotel has a great location, right next to Charles Central Station. The rooms are fully equipped, seemingly designed for long-term rentals, even including pots, pans, an induction cooker, a microwave, and a range hood. However, there's no elevator, and the spiral staircase is very difficult to navigate; carrying luggage up to the third floor was exhausting! So exhausting!"
