Holiday Apartments in Marseille

The room was extremely spacious, and the bathroom was also very large. It was very comfortable to stay here. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to the old port. The only downside was the hot water situation: after one person showered in the evening, there was no hot water left, so the second person could not shower. This might be due to a limited hot water tank or the system stopping at a certain time. There were no staff on duty in the evening, so it was not possible to get assistance, and this issue was not mentioned before check-in.

To be honest, we were quite disappointed with how old the room is. The vibe is very dull and even the air-conditioner looks like it was from the 90s. But the good thing is they have their private parking (need to pay another €15 per day) so that we can park our car inside and feel safer. However, I dont think we will be back the next time. The pictures we seen online are totally different lol.

Facilities are more like a serviced apartment. Housekeeping is a hit and miss affair, often left out on some basics like toilet paper or coffee. Air conditioning doesn't work in ”winter” months and blows hot air.

Excellent séjour ! J’y suis allée avec ma mère et mes quatre enfants, et l’appartement était parfaitement adapté à notre famille. Il est fonctionnel, confortable et d’une grande propreté. Son emplacement est idéal, sans doute l’un des meilleurs de Marseille. Tout se fait à pied : le Vieux-Port est à proximité et il y a une multitude d’excellents brunchs, cafés et restaurants tout autour. Pas besoin de voiture, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La climatisation est un vrai plus, surtout en été. La consigne à bagages est également un véritable atout, très pratique pour profiter pleinement de la ville avant le check-in ou après le check-out. Autre point très appréciable : une machine à laver, un sèche-linge, ainsi qu’un fer et une table à repasser sont disponibles dans les parties communes. C’est un vrai confort, surtout pour un séjour en famille. Franchement, que demander de plus ? Tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Je recommande cet appartement les yeux fermés !

The apartment hotel is well located and overall quite clean, which makes the stay rather pleasant. However, the experience was clearly affected by the attitude of the receptionist. He was unfriendly, distant, and not professional at all. There was no sense of welcome, his behavior almost made it feel like we were bothering him. It’s a shame, as this really contrasts with the rest of the service and leaves a mixed impression.

The apartment was fabulous. I wish I could have stayed longer. I felt safe and it was very conveniently located within a short walk to the old port district and local eateries. Just be aware if you have multiple/heavy luggage (like me) - there is no lift and you will need to carry it up multiple flights of stairs.

Four girls lived together, Montpellier and Marseille set this brand of hotel. Favorite coffee here is with the complete tableware and microwave on the bar, and come back at night with dessert and have a drink. Breakfast can also be coffee with the bag that you bought back.

Conveniently located close to the airport and easily accessible by tram. Even though I checked in late, the staff was very welcoming. The welcome drink in the lobby was delicious. The accommodation was fully equipped with everything I needed, including a kitchen. I would love to stay here again when I visit Bordeaux.

Great location, 400 meters from the Saint Just metro station. Spacious and comfortable studio with everything you need. ”Kitchenette with microwave, electric stovetop, kettle, cooking utensils, fridge, large closet, etc.” Friendly and helpful staff, laundry facilities and vending machines on site. I would gladly return to Montempo Marseille.

First time in Marseille. Fine to have stayed at this apartment but probably won't again. I had to chase for the access instructions myself. Also annoying to have to go pick up the keys from Ibis (collection itself was quick), which is a 9-minute walk to the apartment. The fob worked but the 2 keys attached did not open any doors. Email instructions, while clear, were not entirely accurate - referring to going right when in fact I needed to find the apartment on the left. Bit of drama one morning as I forgot my phone inside the apartment and had locked myself out. Had keys on me but the keys couldn't actually open the door, and of course I couldn't remember the super-secure 9-digit digital code! Only eventually managed to get in but asking a neighbour who thankfully was able to call the apartment manager. They should have given me working manual keys but never did. Apartment itself was very clean. Lots of linen. Comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as hidden under the sofa bed. Basic toiletries included. Washing machine worked. Heating was plenty sufficient. No dishwasher but not an issue as I did not cook much. (2 induction hob rings right against the wall which I didn't think was conducive to cooking anything more than the super basic, but fine for me this trip.) Overall it was okay. Location super convenient, but I'd prefer somewhere quieter, where people and traffic noise wouldn't be so loud and go on after hours. Also somewhere without people relieving themselves next to large bins right outside the building's front door. Somewhere more pleasant...
