This hotel offers excellent value during the August holiday season. Breakfast is open until 11 a.m. on weekends, which is great. It's open until 10 a.m. on weekdays. However, breakfast is often out of dishes and not replenished promptly. I strongly recommend adding a green vegetable to breakfast. 🥬 These past few days, I've had no greens at all. Fruit, yogurt, delicious madeleines, and fragrant crepes are all available. The room, while minor, was cleaned promptly. The area around the hotel is much safer than the old town. The only problem is that the room is on the side closest to the light rail. You'll definitely need earplugs when sleeping, and if you want to sleep in a little longer, you'll need Bose noise-canceling headphones. 🥲 Marseille is a magical place, a blend of chaos and beauty.

The room was extremely spacious, and the bathroom was also very large. It was very comfortable to stay here. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to the old port. The only downside was the hot water situation: after one person showered in the evening, there was no hot water left, so the second person could not shower. This might be due to a limited hot water tank or the system stopping at a certain time. There were no staff on duty in the evening, so it was not possible to get assistance, and this issue was not mentioned before check-in.

Knowing that it is close to Marseille Railway Station, I didn't expect it to be so close, and I went out 200 meters. The room was small, the two 28-inch boxes were a bit cramped, breakfast met the requirements of European Samsung, and there was a small yard that was a plus. Not far from various attractions, within 20 minutes.

MarmilynI had a great stay as always at this BnB — check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. I chose this location because it’s close to the embassy I needed to visit. The receptionist (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was very helpful and kind. I was unprepared for my appointment, but she went out of her way to help me by finding scissors and glue so I could attach my photo to a document. She even looked for them in the next office! I really appreciated her small but thoughtful gestures. I also stored my bag there and picked it up after my appointment. Although my embassy visit didn’t go well, my experience at the BnB was still excellent thanks to her.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and bus station. It's ideal if you arrive in the city late or leave early. The room has a small kitchenette with a kettle, capsule coffee machine, pots and pans. There's also an electric stove and refrigerator. The beds are comfortable, and the decor and décor are simple. The bathroom has a bathtub, hand soap, and shampoo/shower gel. Upon arrival, there was a strange odor, but airing it out solved the problem. Sleeping with the window open can be noisy due to the proximity of the train station.
Overall, the hotel is suitable for an overnight stay, but may be uncomfortable for longer stays.
The city center is a 15-minute walk away, but the areas near the train station are a bit outdated.

Brett KhoI would be very careful before booking this hotel during the summertime. They say there is AC but it's extremely weak, perhaps 10% strength, we tested out four different rooms. In the end I had to sleep with a wet towel. Thankfully they allowed me to leave the next day with a refund, all of the staff claimed a taxi would be €15 Euros but actually it was €30+.
Other than that, the hotel seemed good, soft and clean beds, spacious enough, powerful shower. Didn't seem noisy either.

AspieDuring this trip, I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel as my resting place, and it certainly gave me an unforgettable stay.
First of all, the check-in process is extremely convenient. I arrived at the hotel a full two hours ahead of the expected check-in time, but the front desk staff did not the slightest inconvenience or evasion, but in a very warm attitude for me to check in quickly. Secondly, the room itself is large and comfortable to live in, and offers a wide variety of kitchenware and cutlery.
All in all, convenient check-in, warm service, comfortable room, a perfect experience beyond expectations!

The biggest advantage is that the train station is very close. The train station is on a high ground. It is very difficult to pull boxes in the city, such as the old port. It is recommended that the subway taxi is closer. The whole Marseille has various heights and lows. ibis is mainly soundproofed. The sound of other neighbors closing the door is not loud outside the window. Breakfast is really good at this price hotel.

The room was perfect, had airconditioning, good bed, clean.
The only thing is that they should regularly check if everything still works fine. Specifically, lamps and items in the bathroom.
