Very modern hotel with a nice and good-sized room. There is parking by the hotel and facing the bay. Will definitely stay there again.

The room I stayed and open area are clean and nice. Howeve, I was a bit disappointed with breakfast which lacks of variety.

Despite being a hot spring inn, the large public bath is being renovated during the off-season, and it's hard to believe that there is no information on the reservation site or in advance from the hotel. A terrible word.

부모님 모시고 호숫가 전망으로 방 2개 잡았는데 깨끗하고 방도 커서 만족했습니다. 고층에 위치한 전망 온천도 좋았는데 노천온천이 없는 점은 좀 아쉬웠네요. 조석식 포함으로 가성비 좋아서 추천합니다

酒店位於宍道湖邊，部份房間能外望湖景，酒店大堂非常大，設施新淨，職員服務佳，停車場大，雙床房空間夠，惟洗手盆設於走廊內，會嘈醒未瞓醒家人。另早餐可有改善空間。

旅館很新, 我們入住湖景和洋房(二床+塌塌米), 四人略顯擁擠, 但落地窗搭配宍道湖風景, 值滿分! 旅館的一樓大廳很大, 很新, 陽光滿溢, 但不太常遇到服務人員, 行李需要自己拿推車然後歸還到一樓定點. 建築設計上有點奇怪的是沒有大門, 有一個小門入口, 以及兩個側門. 開始有點找不到入口. 住客停車需要付費比較奇怪(一日500日圓, 票卡務必拿給櫃檯過磁) 頂樓公共浴池不錯, 設施很新, 空間大, 景緻好, 溫度適中. 我們很喜歡房內所附的休閒服(非浴衣, 是黑色的上衣+褲子), 可以穿去泡湯, 也可以穿著入睡很舒服, 但不能穿去一樓公共區域及二樓餐廳. 我們在聖誕節期間入住, 只有自助餐廳可選擇, 早餐很好, 菜色選項不是很大量但做得很精緻美味. 須注意飯店周遭餐廳很少, 若入住於此, 若不想在二樓吃昂貴的自助餐廳, 最好在行程中途用餐完再回到旅館.

ホテルのスタッフも対応が大変良く、宍道湖側ではなかったのが残念でしたが、夕、朝のビュッフェの料理は大満足。立地も良く温泉も源泉掛け流しで肌もスベスベ最高です。またぜひ、宿泊したいです。宍道湖側で。

Comfortable modern hotel by Shinji Lake on the edge of Matsue. We were lucky enough to have rooms that faced the lake, with a wonderful view and the ability to watch the local clam fishers every morning. The hotel is adjacent to the Matsue Shinjiko Onsen station, providing easy access to Izumo-Taisha Temple - which is a must see. It's a fair walk to other parts of Matsue, though. The hotel restaurant provides a dinner buffet, which is OK but is more like a canteen.

We also used the restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday and also ate at the restaurant. This was my first visit to the building since it was renovated, and the view is outstanding, with Lake Shinji right in front of the hotel. In the morning, from your room window, you can see more than a dozen small boats catching freshwater clams, a specialty of Lake Shinji. The restaurant ``Avantia'' offers a wide range of cuisine, including Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, with approximately 50 types of cuisine served as a buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My daughter's favorite meat dishes include roast beef, chinjao loin, vinegared chicken, and fried chicken, as well as delicious desserts.

The WI-FI speed was fast, and a large air purifier was installed in the room. Before I knew it, the futon had been pulled out, and it was very comfortable to sleep on. The futon, the room, the bath, everything was kept clean and comfortable. The open-air bath has a locker with a key, and has a variety of lotions and milky lotions. The power of the dryer was good, and the floor was kept clean. The open-air bath was a little small, but it was very comfortable. The hot spring warms the body and moisturizes the skin. All the breakfast buffets are excellent. I went at 7 o'clock, but I was able to spend it slowly. It started to get crowded before 8:00, so it might be a good idea to come earlier. There is no convenience store near the hotel. The shop in the hotel doesn't have a lot of products, but the matcha ice cream here is very delicious. I want to eat again. A little pricey, but we had a great time. I think the service was worth the price.

I visited Shimane for the first time in several years and stayed at Hotel Ichibata. Lake Shinji is in front of you. However, I couldn't see it from my room, so I took a walk around Lake Shinji and Matsue Castle. All in all the hotel was good. Next time, if I have the opportunity to go to Shimane Prefecture, I would like to stay again.

I used it with my family. The Western-style room with a lake view of Lake Shinji was the best. I was surprised that the quality of the morning and evening buffet was too high. We are particular about the materials, and I strongly feel the attitude of focusing on quality rather than cost. I gave it four stars because the public bath was under construction and could not be used. If you come to San'in, I definitely recommend this hotel.

I used it twice when I went to Shimane for the first time and after the renewal. Before the renewal, it was comfortable to stay in a slightly larger room, but after the renewal, the room was a little narrower. I had a lot of fun in the buffet style where I could eat a lot! There aren't many places where you can eat various things from the morning, so I was happy and it was so good that I wanted to stay for breakfast.
