The room is great, there’s a fridge in the room and a balcony. However, on Friday night, you can hear a very very LOUD heart-pumping entertainment until 3AM.

There is a swimming pool, the kids are happy. Suitable for vacation. There is parking.

The breakfast menu is complete, but the fruits are not fresh. Yesterday when I had breakfast, I took salak and longan but all the ones I took were rotten and could not be eaten. Please pay attention to the suitability of the food, especially fruits with duck skin, when served to guests.

Very disappointed with the room facilities in room 305. The room's AC was not cold at all and very hot, my family and I could not sleep all night because the AC was not working.. 2x called room service at 00.30 and 03.30 in the morning but the AC still did not work.. our rest time was disturbed and there was no solution for us to move to another room.. Not only the AC was problematic, the room door was also difficult to open.. Please next time before there are guests staying to check the facilities in the room first.. don't make guests disappointed like this.. Thanks
