Don’t pay the additional 20% tax
They make you pay the additional 20% taxes to have the breakfast because they say the breakfast is a tourist package… No other hotel in Colombia does this. Tourists don’t pay this tax in Colombia, only local Colombians. Apart from that is a nice safe hotel in Medellin.

It’s in a safe area and convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping centers. The buffet breakfast has a variety of options and fruits are fresh. Most of the staff are friendly but the service at the executive lounge wasn’t impressive.

This place is ridiculously expensive for what you get. There are way better hotels to stay at for the money here in Medellin. I think fellow American stay her because they know the brand. That’s it. Staff was not. Friendly Joe accommodating. Last time I will stay here for sure.

Bad service and expensive
Found it expensive for what is offered. One day they did not cleaned my room at all, despite de fact that at 4pm I made a claim at reception. Not even an apology was made to me.

Nice safe property. We booked a corner suite but upon arriving late we realised the bed was in a really poor condition that one side looked like an elephant had been sleeping there for months as it had a huge dip in it and was very uncomfortable. We did complain but they said they could not change the mattress until the following day. No offer for a room change or any compensation for our poor nights sleep.
