The hotel is not as it looks on booking. Definitely not 4 star. Walls are dirty and room was freezing. Blankets were not in the room and there's no heating despite conditions at night being cold in Medellin. There 5 floors but no elevators. I was on the 5th floor. Its s good thing I'm still relatively fit.Rooms are not secure. I woke up to find someone had opened my door. The TV in the room had poor picture. Only thing to watch was through netfix. On the day I was checking out the bloke at reception who I'd never seen before tried to charge me one extra day even though Id paid for all days I was there and proved it. He wasn't listening to anything I had to say but was determined to rob me. In the end I just walked out but the delay caused me to miss my flight to Cali. I arrived 4 hours later than planned. I won't be using the hotel again.
