I really enjoy the stay. Cross the street twice then we arrive at 338 gate. Hotel is spacious for quadruple. There were 6 elevators, and quite fast. Close to restaurant and shopping stores.

Overall good hotel value for money. Location was very close to Masjid Nabawi, like 3-5 minutes walk to King Fahd gate no. 21 for men and 23 for women. There were 6 lifts so the waiting time was minimum. Restaurant option was there and a Pakistani restaurant was back of the hotel. Taxis were readily available aswell. However, little bit cleaning issue was there but we get what we paid for.

Dear Trip. com Alll ok except counter service. The ladies at the counter are lazy. Always informed that the room key has been taken but when we went upstairsno one in the room. It happen many times. Guess the ladies there should be sack.

Good Location hotel that's the main advantage with a very basic Hotel

Surprisingly, the hotel is very clean, the room size is decent unlike the other hotels nearby which crammed up beds in 1 room. The ambience is nice due to not so crowded. The lobby always has sofa to sit on while waiting for other familt members. The lift is working well and we never had issue waiting for too long Staff is well versed in English and i really recommend this hotel as it is also near to an nisa gate of masjid nabawi

Close to Haram and shops

Hotelnya bangunan lama, tapi overall baguss, kasurnya agak sedikit turun, tp kebetulan kami cuma berdua dan kasurnya ad 4 Dekat dari tenpt makan, dekat dari masjid. 5 menit sampai.
