Every staff member of the hotel is very enthusiastic and makes people feel very comfortable. The environment is great. I stayed in a 1.8-meter twin room. The bed was moderately soft and hard, very comfortable, and most importantly, clean and hygienic. I have to praise the hotel's breakfast, which was really super rich. We travelled in a group of 8 people and we came back here because some of us had stayed at this hotel on previous occasions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though not all the staff at the reception are fluent in English, they will go out of their way to assist you through the use of Wechat or a translate app. I cannot reallly comment on the breakfast as I only had coffee … freshly grinded beans and drip which was good. Some rooms had the smell of cigarette and so it would be nice if the hotel could cater for non smoking rooms. Beds were comfortable, Overall we had a pleasant stay.
