The worst hotel I stayed in during this trip. The room was very small and old. I booked a double bed room as a standard room. The shower head fell off by itself but luckily it didn't hit anyone.

Me and Moroccan partner got married on 21st September 2024. We went to a few different hotels after our wedding to enjoy our honeymoon and relax. When coming back to meknes where his family stay so we could spend time with them we decided to try book the ibis as its central and close to them. We had stayed here in May earlier this year so knew it was nice and relaxing. When arriving the girl on reception told us we could not stay, both wearing our wedding rings having photos of proof, having my certificate of impediment from the uk to show the date of marriage both me and my partners names date of birth address etc was still not enough, she asked why his passport was not the same as mine, I responded saying he does not have visa yet which is why they are different, she asked for marriage certificate I replied everything was with solicitor for visa. I then asked to speak with a manager or supervisor she said there was nobody there. Her attitude and the way she treated me and my husband was a disgrace. I will never ever return back to this hotel. We stayed at many after our wedding and was never refused or questioned. I’m disgusted that during our honeymoon period we were refused and turned away from this international hotel. I sent a complaint and 3 days later still no response which is bad customer service, this should have been responded to within 48hours

I was invited to the city of meknes by a friend of mine and i asked my friend for the most popular hotel and the first that came to his mind is ibis, so we went there and from the entrace of the hotel i knew it was going to be a wonderful stay, and indeed it was, the hospitality that we had from the hotel staff was exceptional, we used to spend hours by the pool, swimming and having some drinks, i will never forget this experience

My stay at Ibis hôtel Meknès was wonderful, everything was great - the location, the rooms, the service were all at a high level. The variety of dishes. The hotel is strategically located in the center of Meknes city and near the old city encouraged me to visit this beautiful city again

The rooms were not clean, the bathrooms were disgustingly dirty, there wax sewage smell, the sheets snd towels were dirty. Beds snd pillos are not comfortable. The price is high for what you get. No coffee maker, kettle or water. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The Hotel is pretty good , the service so nice even the employees are so kind and professionals , The room was so good , nice air conditioner too , finally the food was tasty , the bar staff and the swimming pool are beautiful, finally hotel Ibis is one of my best experiences.

On arrival we were quite satisfied, parking right in front of the hotel. Beautiful swimming pool surrounded by grass where we had a pleasant snack. Everything is degraded once inside. The hotel needs to be completely renovated and DISINFECTED! After an hour in our room we noticed that there were bedbugs. We informed the person at reception by showing her the handkerchief with the blood and the crushed bedbugs but she didn't really seem surprised and offered us to take the room next door where the problem was identical! We left immediately, without receiving an apology and being charged for the sandwich taken upon arrival. Unacceptable for an Accor group hotel. I hope we don’t bring back this “souvenir” from Morocco!

Hotel well located in the center of the city. Not far from the old medina. Clean and very quiet hotel surrounded by McDonald's restaurants, pizza hut, etc. I liked it. The rooms are well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff, always attentive. I recommend it.
