Very friendly welcome and a pleasure. Good location right next to the floating pier (very convenient) and good facilities with spotting some monkeys on the path next to the resort. Two pools at the location with one on the roof with a view to the sunrise. One convenience shop on the property and a ATM machine. We only stayed one evening but it was good for sunset on the west and sunrise on the east

A quiet, peaceful and incredibly beautiful place to relax!

Very relaxed hotel. Excellent service at front desk ladies were very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast very good something for everyone. To swim pools the garden pool gets interesting when the monkeys arrive. Great experience I did extend my stay a few times enjoyed the experience of Railay.

Enjoyed this place a lot. They had nice pools room service and staff. Great location if you plan to scuba dive- it’s right by the docks.

READ BEFORE BOOKING My experience at Railay Princess Resort was absolutely horrendous. The hotel was disgusting, our room was filthy, the bathrooms were full of toxic mold, and the entire place reeked of such a foul smell that it made me sick during the night cause the smell does become worst. Breathing in mold is dangerous, and staying here felt genuinely unsafe I want to specially advertise for them thinking of coming with kids, pregnant woman or health problems to be careful! To make matters worse, the management outright lied to us. After seeing the conditions, we were assured by the manager that we would be refunded. But once we left, they completely went back on their word and refused to give us a single cent back. They even refused to refund the boat ride off the island, which left us literally trapped unless we kept paying them. I ended up having to book a private boat at a much higher cost, but honestly, we didn’t have a choice! Looking at their reviews, it’s clear this is not a one-off situation. Railay Princess Resort has a pattern of mistreating guests, lying, and refusing refunds. They clearly know that if they honored refunds for the number of complaints they receive, they would go out of business. This hotel needs to be shut down until they fix their mold and pipes situation or at least advertise it before people are literally stuck there we only boat to return to safety, without mentioning the unwelcoming person at the front desk (the concierge man was really nice thank you), the WiFi was also not working in our room, and the door is really complicated to lock but they says it’s normal because it’s old, really unsafe, thief or the monkeys could easily come in. The place might have been nice 15 years ago now it’s chaos! However the place is nice with nice view from the beach to walk on (no seats on the beach by the hotel) I would recommend to visit from a day tour only! Avoid this place at all costs, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere that actually values their guests’ health and trust. Here are the real pictures!!!

Amazing place, it has two pools, a spa centre (tried the raditional thai massage - its was good), gym, very tasty breakfast. Airport transfer was really useful as the place is quite difficult to reach on your own.

We have our fantastic stay in the resort. The room is spacious and clean. The facilitiy is absolutely great. 2 pools with different scenary, one hills and another one beach. Also a great value of money. Only one the flush in our room didn’t work well, but just minor. Overall, great resort and recommended.

The hotel is in a good location, as soon as you step off the boat you are at the hotel entrance. The amenities were very old, and there was a bad smell from the sewage. The shower was very old and rusted and the water was not so warm however the area around the hotel was nice with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by. The beach was quite clean.

Right by the water and right by the pier. Personally think it was decent. Food at the restaurant was a bit pricey and booking through the hotel does have a slight premium. But yeah overall decent stay

Very cool. We got welcome drinks which was good and refreshing. But didn’t check in before 2 pm because of so rush season. Have good breakfast but night service over phone not up to the mark. But I left my phone charger in the room but from hotel management send it to Bangkok which was really appreciable. I should mention the location was totally perfect spot because no need to walk from ferry place. Recommended.

Amazing hotel-so comfy and the pool is wonderful! The breakfast was delicious. A fantastic location too.

Good location with easy access to Railay east and west beach, many local food places and good massage

Great Experience Overall Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the staff very kind, and everything was very clean. During our stay, we stayed in two different rooms. The first room was a bit older, with the only issue being a strong odor coming from the bathroom drains. Aside from that, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The second room we stayed in was much newer, with an excellent bathroom and very good, comfortable facilities overall. The only drawback in this room was the pillows, which were not very comfortable. The hotel's location is very good. Although it faces the less pleasant side of the beach (Railay East), overlooking a mangrove, it is directly in front of the floating pier, the main arrival point for the beach. It also has a back exit that leads almost directly to the small town center and is just a few minutes' walk to Railay West, the more beautiful side of the beach. Overall, the cost-benefit is definitely worth it.
