Heeton Concept Hotel City Centre Liverpool

For some reason I was given a disabled room and the sink was very low. But the room was very spacious and clean. It was overall a pleasant stay. I would stay again.

Happy to recommend this ideally located hotel very close to the docks and also the city centre. The hotel was very clean with a good sized room and all the staff were very friendly.

Stayed in this hotel as a solo traveller. Would like to say the reception team were lovely especially the lady working Thursday 9th of October who checked me in. It’s a great central location. However the hotel fell short on cleanliness. There was literally a dried crusty ***** stain on the wall above the bed which I didn’t notice until my final day absolutely horrific. Honestly traumatised by the filth. Further more, was scared to touch any surface as it made me uncomfortable the filth on items. Again it’s the people that stayed in the rooms previously it’s nothing the staff could’ve sorted as manky stains on curtains and interesting body fluids on walls and who knows what else where. Personally I think the hotel should start charging a security deposit so people refrain from ruining items that can’t be replaced for future guests.

I had a lovely stay, the bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The staff in particular are very friendly, efficient and accommodating. The location is central and convenient for the Albert Dock area and the Liverpool One shopping centre.

Clean, spacious disabled room ( not requested) only issue was the toilet seat was loose which should have been picked up during cleaning. Wetherspoons across the road for all your F&B requirements. Well done.
