Milan Ponte Seveso Hotels

Hotel that is just starting out. Still under construction. Staff needs to be consistent in their reply. One staff said the water is complimentary. Another said it is chargeable. Hotel staff also left the bag of toilet paper in the room.

Great hotel, cheap and cheerful. Room was nice and warm and shower was hot. Working TV and minibar in the room was a nice touch too. Hotel is just minutes away from the main central station and has a tram line running outside. Just one block away is a pharmacy, carrefour express and various places to eat, the location is great! Check in and out was stress free, and there was a lift. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Excellent location, good price ,spacious. One evening there was no hot water for bath, I asked the front desk, luckily they still had one room available to let us took the shower. Later that night, the hot water is available again. There is not hot water boiler for tea nor coffee . The breakfast is quite rich, cannot complain. Fruit, cheese, ham, biscuit, croissant..

🌟 Just checked out of Biocity Hotel in Milan and I’m so impressed! 🙌 The hotel was super clean, had all the amenities we needed, and they even gave us a free room upgrade when we arrived! 🚕 It’s also super convenient just a 5 minute ride from Milan Central Station by taxi or Uber. Definitely recommending this place to anyone visiting Milan. Now off to leave them a well-deserved review!

The cold water line doesn't work at first. I ask the women at the reception if they can fix it. They sent someone to fix, it worked for 15 mins albut went back to very hot water again (in July, with 30-degree heat, you can’t shower with that hot water). I asked the receptionist again but she said she need to wait for her colleague if I can change the room for me or not but I had to go out already so I couldn’t take a shower that evening. In the end, when I came back around 1 am, the manager found the way to change the room for me. It is a little bit annoy that such a simple solution, the receptionist can’t make a decision

Breakfast is charged for 5 Euros per day. The hotel is very close to Milan Central Station and there is no parking.

The advantage is that it is close to the central railway station. The disadvantage is that it is not very hygienic, and the door card must be given to the front desk every time you go out, so you are not allowed to bring it on your body. Then there is no air conditioning. It has been raining for the past two days and it is very cold. The quilt is very thin and cold in the middle of the night.

It was convenient because it was close to Milan Central Station and there was a supermarket nearby. The room was clean and easy to use. I would like to use it again.

This is a homestay and not a hotel. But it can be seen that the tenants have installed a lot of living kitchen equipment and home facilities very carefully, which is very warm. It is very convenient and comfortable for living. However, this hotel is in a very old residential building. The surrounding environment is noisy in the morning and occasionally. The elevator is very small. There is no front desk and staff. It is not very convenient to check in and communicate. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the subway.
