The room is clean, the breakfast is good, the environment is good, it is much more suitable than the hotel I stayed in before in Mexico City, and the price is relatively reasonable. I will consider staying here next time.

It is a relatively conventional international hotel chain in Mexico City, and its brand premium is relatively high. Two bottles of mineral water and cleaning provided daily. In the Tacubaya area, it is a relatively safe area.

The hotel is old, the style is like a domestic express hotel, the corridor is dim... Although I often choose Ibis when I travel on business, this one is obviously older... The advantage is that it is convenient to go anywhere in the city center. There is a convenience store downstairs.

The room is medium in size and the equipment is quite complete.
Have breakfast, OK, apples are delicious! If you leave the store early, there is a breakfast bag.
The van to the airport every hour, don't worry, you need to place an order with the front desk.
The exhaust can't be controlled by the customer, and it can hit my room.
Overall, the clerk is very good.

I have been around three
Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …

Generally, personal objective evaluation:
1. This room has no air conditioning, so don't come when the weather is hot.
2. The window of this room is an inner window, facing the living room of the apartment. The customer service chat under the hall has breakfast. It is clear to enter and exit, and it is not very soundproof.
3. The room is old and the sanitation is very general, just at the level of domestic hotels.
Environment: But this price is in this location, that's it, the room has an induction cooker and microwave tableware, you can simply cook something yourself, no kettle. It is close to polanco, I should not live here next time.

Very Good
GGuest UserGreat stay, the hotel is very well located in Polanco area close to the offices I needed to visit in Insurgentes sur and in Santa Fe. Additionally the hotel is also conveniently located for visiting some of the most important museums in Mexico City just walking distance as well as many delicious restaurants. What I enjoyed the most besides the cleanliness and practicality of the hotel was the staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a technical problem with a rental car and they not only helped me get some information but they guided me and supported me to resolve it. Amazing stay!

费费兰登阿历克斯The price/performance ratio is absolutely high. If you bring breakfast and we don’t understand Spanish, it’s best to look at the breakfast ordered by other guests. If you order a breakfast you like, you will feel happy
AAnonymous UserAcceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room.
Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.
AAnonymous UserI finished paying in advance with the app, but I said I couldn't confirm it, so I asked him to pay again, so he even confirmed the reservation number stored on his mobile phone and the contents of the payment, but he said he didn't know. After a long time, I didn't apologize for confirming that it was a trip.com app, but the room was also broken. It was replaced again soon.
The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange.
But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice.
It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.

GGuest UserThere isn't much variety at breakfast.
The staff varies greatly between kind and unfriendly.
However, although it said they could speak English, they couldn't.
There was no air conditioning, only a loud fan.
The TV didn't work properly, either because the remote was broken or the TV itself was damaged.
The soundproofing was terrible. You could hear everything, from the voices in the hallway to outside noise.
GGuest UserPillow cases were obviously unwashed with huge blood spot inside folded/tucked inside portion of pillowcase on the also bloodied pillow. Cannot imagine how this happened but it was super gross, disappointing, and very disgusting that is was placed on bed let alone left inside room. Very glad we didn’t see or use pillow as it was not noticed until we placed it from couch where we laid the extra bed pillows back onto bed but that certainly made us very uncertain about overall cleanliness of everything in room and property. Asked at checkout if they would notify or check with housekeepers, hotel said they were sorry but that was all they said
MMelInChinaThe room was big and comfortable. The pool was small but clean and well kept. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful.
The location is right next to a few banks, shops and the metro is within 5 minutes walk. The area felt very safe as it’s nearby some embassies.
The only thing that was not great was the elevator. It was extremely slow, you had to always push both up and down for it to arrive on your floor. So most times you’d go to then go down. And I did get stuck in the elevator once with a few other people. They did get us our rather quickly though. They are renovating so hopefully soon their new elevator will be operational.
