It may be rated by some but our experience fell well short of the expectations. Firstly our room had vermin of some type in the ceiling that constantly made noise the whole night - yes we reported it but there were no spare rooms so we had to put up with it and mind you it wasn’t quiet - no sleep. Then they couldn’t allocate a room until almost 2pm the following day - so a day completely wasted. They offered a $50 credit offer of goodwill - I was, and I still am, offended by this. The room they moved us into was a standard room and we had paid for a corner room - but at least it was quieter. Although it offers a unique experience they could also offer some sort of drink vending machines, perhaps some type of food vending machine or at least some opportunity to buy something in the foyer or at reception / even a coffee. The entrance is huge so there is no shortage of space. The standard rooms are poky with no room at all for luggage. Very disappointing. They needed to be very clear that the ONLY way to watch TV is through Chromecast - now for international travellers getting channels to work on our paid services in the USA is near impossible - so despite asking at reception, trying so many times we couldn’t watch anything on the TV’s for our stay - nothing - as not even free to air is connected.
