Great location. Beautiful view. Starbucks is in the lobby.

Services is terrible. When I asked for some hot water for pills, I was given a not working kettle for use. When I asked for replacement, they got no responses though I called them 3 times. Also, if you want a good sleep, I recommend not to choose this one as the sound proofing is bad.

Great hotel. Above 5 star standard. Walking distance to Marketplace & grocery shops. Great location.

My sister and I were treated like royalty at this. Absolutely fabulous intercontinental Miami hotel.❤️ superb steakhouse fabulous service from the concierge to the Bell desk to all the people that worked at the steakhouse. Everything was fabulous.

Facilities: The room facilities are good! The bedding is good and comfortable to sleep! Hygiene: The room is very clean! The room is cleaned in time! Environment: Clean and tidy! Service: There is a travel registration point in the hotel lobby! The staff who undertake the travel there are very serious and responsible! When you sign up, he will take you out of the hotel gate and tell you to go there to find the sightseeing bus! He also repeatedly reminded you to change the sightseeing boat ticket! Because of his seriousness and responsibility, our boarding the next day was very smooth! Thanks again to the clerk sitting on the left whose name I forgot! Wearing glasses 🤓 Very friendly person!

There were so many people at breakfast that there was nothing to eat. The Torotoro restaurant on the first floor was delicious, expensive and delicious. It is very close to the Bay Market and can be reached on foot. The room is large and has a good view, overlooking the bay. There is nothing special about it, including no bathtub. There is a strong smell of perfume as soon as you enter the lobby. It is also relatively close to the city center.
