Close airport and airport train/metro station (15 mins walk). Hotel is well equipped with big rooms. Breakfast good, but not European level. Good value for price (if booked in advance)

Great hotel, greta location and very friend personnel. Breakfast was complete.

Staff was nice and honest. A strong request for improving customers satisfaction is to get back shuttle service from the airport.

Ok hotel

Not too bad of a place however did smell very off in the hotel while I was there. Might need a deep clean on the carpet. The hotel is in a close enough distance to the airport

VERY GOOD HOTEL

My daughter and I had a terrible experience. We arrived to find there was no electricity. The lobby is on the second floor, and everyone had to carry their luggage up the stairs. I had to wait to be assigned a room in a lounge with a dirty floor and chairs with torn upholstery. There was nothing to drink since there was no light. The room I was assigned was on the third floor, which we still had to carry our luggage up the stairs to, with the promise that it would be fixed soon. The room had old, worn-out mattresses, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep, and the shower splashed water everywhere. The power came back on late, but the elevator still wasn't working. They promised that it would be fixed by the time I left for the airport in the early morning. But it wasn't. We were alone on the emergency stairs, carrying our luggage. No one to help. It was incredibly unsafe. An experience straight out of a horror movie.

Forgot to leave a tip, gave free parking for one night, normally would have been $25.

This Hyatt hotel is a bit of a surprise. When I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, I was asked to wait until 3 o'clock to check in. Later, I was asked to add money and I could check in immediately. I was too lazy to talk nonsense and just swiped my card to check in. However, the next day, the credit card showed another consumption record prompt (not the consumption of extra money to stay), and four times in a row, because I activated the overseas card-less chargeback function, the payment was unsuccessful several times. I seriously suspect there is something wrong with the front desk of this hotel. In addition, this hotel does not have an airport shuttle, so it is blocked directly!

The road is a bit circuitous and it’s very new.
