The hotel is average. My room can only see one corner of the sea. The building next door is super noisy and slightly disappointed. hskp is good. I forgot to put a tip on the first night, but there is nothing missing in the room. According to American habit, there is no tip. The room supplies are 100% less, but it is not here. I made up the tip, thank him for not bringing me the same because of my mistake

I was in this hotel for 2 nights with friends, I found this place very clean and quiet, very central to shop, nice restaurants and bars in the area. Very nice Hotel and nice staff. The only thing I didn't like was that I made a reservation with the concierge Sabina to go to the airport in a Taxi and in the morning instead of a yellow cab a random black SUV pick me up and charged me $85 to the airport, something that It seems excessive, very expensive, considering that I paid only $43 from the airport to the hotel when I get to Miami

Stayed here 2 nights post cruise and we simply loved it--5 min walk from the beautiful Brickell shopping center. The best part of this hotel is the pool area without a doubt--its stunning with great service and a gorgeous pool where children are most welcome. The main lobby bar is a slight let down for us and looks a little dated but still nice. Rooms again are nice but in comparison with other 5 star properties in Miami are showing signs of age. Breakfast however in Le Mar is spectacular with simply beautiful food and if you eat outdoors the views are magnificent.

The plane was late so I checked in at almost 12 o'clock. I wanted to take a shower but found that there was no shower gel, no hot water and no kettle. It was so unfriendly for me to drink hot water to relieve the fatigue of the journey. Parking was 45$. I gave the car to them to park. This service was very good👍 I had Peruvian food ceiling last night and Cuban food ceiling today. Both are good. I recommend it.

Do NOT stay here if you have an early flight and want to enjoy breakfast. We tried to go to breakfast at the Coral Cafe at 6:00 am only to find out that breakfast doesn't open until 6:30 am. I stood by the hostess because it said wait to be seated and she just looked at me rudely and said, ”uhhh...? Do you need something or...” I replied, ”Yes, I wanted to get breakfast.” She responded rudely, ”Well, it doesn't even open until 6:30 so you're gonna have to wait.” We are diamond members and we tried to use our food and beverage credit to grab something quickly. We only had 5 minutes to eat so we couldn't sit down and eat. We only wanted a croissant that we were willing to pay $15 for and It was literally just sitting at the buffet to grab easily. The hostess was so freaking rude and argued with me and embarrassed me in front of everyone. She said I had to sit down and wait to be served. We had already waited 30 minutes for her to tell us this. She told us to go to Starbucks instead. I informed her that I wanted to use my food and beverage credit and she said, ”oh well. I don't know if it works there, but you'll just have to go there because that's you're only option. I can't give you a croissant here. You have to sit down and wait to be served.” Pretty ridiculous that I couldn't buy something to go. They also charged us $18 for our Turo to be parked in the parking lot for only a couple hours while it was waiting to be picked up! We didn't even have the car parked over night. Also, I NEVER received a receipt after checkout which is not normal for Hilton. I had to find the receipt online via the app. Will never stay here again! Super rude and terrible customer service! I have stayed at many Hiltons all over the world, but I have never been treated so poorly!

The hotel is in a nice location, lots of things near by. Be aware of following things : - u can’t get early checkin because their staff starts working after 10am and it takes like 3 hours to clean . So that’s a no . - their hallways are actually quite dirty . Which was not pleasant to see . - overall design of hotel is quite modern but again the dirty carpets were just bad to see .

Welcoming & vibrant stay! Absolutely loved this hotel. Although yes, the rooms are quite small you’ll survive! Free cocktail drink coupon on arrival too. The hotel has everything you need including a massive comfortable bed, led lighting and ‘Iron rooms’ on quite a few floors. Being able to iron with ease is a win on holiday. Staff were lovely & bubbly. Location was great, lots of work space in the lobby and the roof top pool was fab!

The Citizen M Miami was great for a one-night trip. The bed was large and comfortable, making it perfect for sleeping well. But the room size is quite small, so if you’re planning on staying longer than one night, make sure to bring very few items – there isn’t much storage space. The location was good – it’s about a 10-minute walk from the Brightline station and the Bayside Marketplace. If you haven’t stayed at the Citizen M before, you may not be used to the concept of having a toilet and shower in a glass box with limited privacy. Additionally, the bed is against a wall, so if you’re sharing with someone, one of you will have to climb over the other. Considering all this, I felt that the price was quite expensive for what you get. But it was great for a quick one-night stay!
