Got to Miami had a room right away  Coming off ship had to wait 2 hrs for a room but it gave me a chance to eat and go outside for a smoke and coffee which was great  Highly recommended  Will be going back

Very good hotel, excellent breakfast. However, the experience was horrible. Because we arrived late, our room was given to someone else and we ended up with a room for 3 people, while our reservation, which had already been paid for, was for 5 people. Our flight was delayed, we arrived late and had to waste time and stress over this situation. Although the hotel management acted in bad faith, I want to praise the Trip.com staff, who gave me all the assistance and helped me with the problem. All the staff were professional and kind.
